Bathrooms were small. Landscaping was not great and it didn't feel like a beautiful place with a lot of odd buildings and odd views. Felt overpriced.

The reception and coffee bar and the friendly staff. Especially appreciated all the luggage handling and shuttle services to everywhere.

Disappointed that our Verizon cell service wasn't available (not the lodge's fault), but their Wi-Fi was good and reliable.

We had good breakfast burritos at the coffee shop. Also, liked that there was ice in a freezer on the first-floor veranda of our building... handy for the ice chest. Liked the balcony off our room and also the table and chairs on the veranda... nice to people watch.

Isolation had its charm but was difficult to get food and drink outside limited if understandable times Rooms a bit tired and very small bathroom with basin in bedroom area

Shuttle and drivers were fabulous and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of drawers to unpack

We waited almost an hour for the shuttle coming back from the Fjords cruise tour which was tiring. I wish that there was a microwave in the room and enough coffee for all guests for 2 days. We also had to ask for additional shampoo, since it was one tiny bottle for 4 people.

Breakfast was good in the restaurant and the property is beautiful.

Our trash was removed and towels replaced daily. We booked two rooms. In room 129 Elderberry, the beds were made up daily. In room 130 Elderberry our beds were not made.

Breakfast was great at the Resurrection Roadhouse

It seemed to be very loud in the mornings. Lots of big trucks driving in front of our lodge in the mornings (garbage? food service?)

liked the location in relation to Seward and Exit Glacier. Beds were comfortable.

Because it is out of town there are less close by eating options. The attached roadhouse was ok but I definitely wouldn’t do breakfast there again. The property claim they have nothing to do with the roadhouse but having stayed at other Pursuit-run properties it seems to follow their formula, so we’re were surprised when staff couldn’t help us make a booking at the restaurant before we arrived.

Good location out of town and in the forest. The accomodation is broken up into groups of 10 rooms separated from each other (which was good) but they are wood properties so you can hear other guests walking around above you.

Location was a bit difficult to deal with. It is maybe 10 minutes by car out of the town. Unless you happen to be exactly where their shuttle stops, you will need to take an expensive cab ride. There isn't much to do (no hiking etc) unless you use a car to get to the town or national park. Rooms are comfortable but dark (little to no natural light), and are quite similar to a typical budget "motel" room. While the landscape around the area is amazing, all rooms are secluded in the woods so you can't really see anything.

Friendly staff and rustic location. Hourly shuttle into town was a nice bonus. Restaurant on premises was decent. One of the larger and nicer hotel/lodges in Seward. Hotel is spread out over several small two-story buildings on the property.

Suite was very nice. Was first placed in a double queen room (4 people)that was quite small and was not very updated. You really need to try to get in an updated room. Ask for one when you get there. They hold them for the tour bus people and you may be able to get one.

The restaurant entrance is off the highway, far from the rooms. The first day we saw the locked back of the building and thought it was closed! Our room thermostat was stuck on high, so we had to crack the balcony door.

Quiet location just outside town, buildings are spread out with parking by each. Nice sized rooms, ours had a little balcony.

The floor above us was easy to hear the people walk around their room. We should have asked for a top floor room.

The room was very roomy and comfortable. We were on the first floor and probably should have asked for a top floor room. We could hear the people above walking around a lot during the early morning and evening. They did thankfully quiet down by 10:00.

We did not have breakfast at the restaurant. The "grab n go" employee was late and we had a shuttle to catch for an early excursion, so we were a little apprehensive.

Location was all right. Quiet. We chose it based on what was on the website, and it did measure up to that.

The restaurant was not as good. The food was ok, but there was no control over what came out of the kitchen. They sent out one appetizer right away and the other 20 minutes later and the mains immediately after.

We could only check in after 4:30pm due to staff shortages. We didn't like having the wash basin in the bedroom- the bathrooms should be a little bigger.

We loved the location, away from the busyness of the harbor. The grounds are lovely. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle service running into town and back is excellent. The on site restaurant (Resurrection Roadhouse) is great but can get busy in the evenings. The front desk staff were very helpful even though they were extremely busy.

They need a little upgrading regarding the coffee, creamer supplies. Staff cleaning at all hours so somewhat noisy with doors slamming.

The walls of our building were so thin that we could hear some sort of domestic altercation transpiring in the room next door. I didn't like that at all. However, the silver lining is that because we could hear every frightening word, my wife and I were able to determine that authorities needed to be alerted. We called the front desk and the staff reacted swiftly and Alaska State Troopers were called to the scene and the crisis was averted. Kudos to the staff for that. But yeah.... thin walls. If those people had just been having loud sex or something, we'd have heard the entire thing.

Enjoyed the breakfast. A little spendy for locals but understandable as this is usually a property with tourists as the target demographic. Maybe run a special for locals?
