It would be helpful to have the hall closet available to store suitcases. It is a comfortable but that would help with clutter.

It is right on the beach and our room is poolside. It is walking distance to a restaurant and some shops. It is a short driving distance to the Marina and grocery store. Beach chairs and Water sports are available.

The floors in 604 were not clean at all. I know sand is hard to get completely out of a room but this was not just sand. Our feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors. Some of the silverware had encrusted dishwashing detergent on them. There was a bowl that had a brown residue on it, so was clearly not clean. The love seat had the smell of sweaty bodies so needs to be cleaned professionally. The mattress on the bed needs replacing because there were indentions from the number of people who have slept on it. So much so that I could feel either the springs or the base of the bed, which was quite hard. I am not a picky person and have never given this kind of review for a room we rented from Vacasa. Vacasa has always been great for us. This review is constructive criticism to make things better for the next person who stays in 604.

The facilities were great. The location for the time of year was perfect. The room was nicely decorated and cute.

Beds were uncomfortable, I’ve maker in fridge didn’t work so I had to buy ice, washing machine bangs around on the spin cycle, aside from those things it was perfect. Definitely need new beds tho. I’m only 30 and felt 75 with back problems after sleeping there for 7 days.

Good stay! Good location! Beds WERE AWFUL. So unbelievably uncomfortable. And I’ve machine in fridge didn’t work aside from that it was great!

Furniture wasn't very comfortable. I had a little trouble figuring out the TV with 2 remotes. Some evidence of wear and tear in unit...damaged edges on drywall in kitchen, repaired microwave door handle, damaged lamp shade.

The front door bolt was missing & you could clearly see a gap between the door & frame. It did lock, but clearly was in need of repair & not very secure.

There was no breakfast included. The place was clean & spacious, however, the frying pan was very low quality & needs to be replaced. Also, other than coffee mugs, there were only 3 drinking glasses total, 2 of them very small.

Location, beach service was nice, pool was fun for the kids. View was beautiful. Condo was comfortable. Elevator lines were long, one elevator was down all weekend and staff said no one was coming to fix til Monday. Parking was close by. Check in was easy. Sofa sleeper was comfortable for a sofa sleeper. We had a great time. We would stay again.
