I truly adored this property. The owners are wonderful and very friendly. The room was so clean, it's obvious that the people here take pride in providing a great room. I will admit the rooms are a bit retro, which I personally loved!! It was just far enough away from the highway that you don't hear all the noise. It was a great find at a great price.

What a pleasant overnight stay after a long days drive! Our host was welcoming and informative and gave us the scoop on his retro highway 66 motel in this small town. Our reasonably priced room included everything we needed. We loved the spotless room decorated in New 60's decor, especially the green and pink bathroom! Our funny host made sure that we were comfortable-even waved goodbye! We will stay there again.

The road was being redone along the street by the hotel, but that may have kept the traffic down.

Older motel lovingly remodeled by the owner. I generally like being able to drive up to my room, rather than park in a lot and walk into a building to get to my room. Room was clean and quiet. The town appears to close up around nine, and there was no traffic to speak of. Breakfast was good, including the normal free hot breakfast items. The rate was very good for the quality.

We were just passing through, so it was perfect for us. But if you are looking for extras like a spa or exercise room or pool, they are not available that I saw. There are a few restaurants to choose from.

An older, nostalgic motel on Route 66. Very clean and had all the extras in the room you need. A continental breakfast was provided and the owners were very nice, hard-working people. Good value for the low price.

The owner was very nice and helpful. He was very helpful with my husband in regards to how to maneuver the U-Haul and the trailer through the parking lot and let my husband park it wherever he liked because he was a novice at pulling such a large vehicle. he was very personable. He had the rooms all warmed up for us as it was a very very cold evening when we got there very pleasant man I couldn’t begin to explain how nice it was to have such a kind and friendly person after a long, hard day of driving. The rooms were clean and warm. The beds were comfortable. It was a very nice restful evening after as I said a long day of driving on our move from California to Iowa thank you very much Shamrock.

The heater was loud and a little scary but it worked. The breakfast could use a couple more items but, honestly, everyone in my family ate, so thanks!

The structure is old but the staff is friendly, helpful, and they keep the rooms very clean.
