We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe outside could use some work and also in my room the face cloth had blue stains on it, it would have been fine but we were only given one even tho we were there for 3 days and there were 3 of us there. Also the lady at the desk was a little rude but the guy and the maintenance man were very nice.
I liked how nice the room was, and that there was a mini fridge microwave and coffee maker.

United States of Americasmoke smell in the room, even though we requested non-smoking… smoke detector battery was needing replaced, so it beeped all morning the day we were checking out, waking us up before 0600… the parking lot is very tight, and not a smart design to turn around to drive back out… the wall paint/coverings, and bathroom were beyond their usable age and need upgraded asap.
the location was great for Central Ave in Hot Springs… not far at all.

Needed an extra night in Hot Springs. Found this motel for $80 just minutes from my destination. You get what you pay for. Front desk woman was very nice. Sketchy area. Mold in bathroom window/curtain. Bottom of my feet was black walking on floor 2 min.

Didn't get breakfast. Room wasn't the best but wasn't the worst, either. Bedspread and sheets had cigarette burns and stains on the bedspread (yuck.) Staff was friendly. Requested non-smoking room but were given a smoking room.

United States of AmericaMultiple witnesses and potential police involvement where the property owner let a large male step out of his vehicle to entice a fight after being advised to turn off his engine. He pursued me to my door and parking space. His vehicle is the largest displacement vehicle in sight on the parking lot it was running and actually causing pressure waves that most cars do not.
The way the night attendant flat out lies to me about anything or anyone being in the boiler room causing an exact 3-28hz infrasound vibration that only affects the bed and floorboards. The fridge and ac operate at a vibrational frequency of 50-60hz humm from the turbine or fridge compressor. There was knocking another day behind my head sleeping but I thought it was another tenant and ignored it, you're gonna have to let me know who harassed me across multiple days while they punk me on the last holding my cash and denying everything.

United States of AmericaI arrived to the property and showed them my booking info, and It was a nightmare just to get a key. It was super late and I was exhausted and just ready for bed. The lady who was helping me couldn’t find my booking info in the system so she had to call her boss. Took forever until finally I was able to get into my room. The lock on the door didn’t work, and I’m a solo female traveler and this hotel wasn’t in the best part of town so I was terrified for my safety being at risk. Before checkout, a man was a banging on the door an hour before checkout. I had to communicate thru the door to please don’t come in and I’m leaving right at checkout (not an hour early) as I’ve had such a late check in. Sheets and bedding had questionable stains and cigarettes holes, bathrooms were dusty and unclean. Please do not ever recommend this place. It’s a crime scene waiting to happen. I was honestly scared for my life staying but I was so exhausted. I would rather sleep in my car than put my health and safety at risk by staying here next time.
Absolutely nothing. Complete waste of time and money. Please shut this place down
