My Neighbours were so loud, they were traveling with children, so you could hear everything. I little smoke odor in the hotel rooms section.

For my purposes everything was close to me, restaurants, gas stations, and the location that I needed to go.

In our room, room 124, where the floor transitions from carpet to tile, the carpet was torn and there were some exposed staples/small nails that were sticking straight up. I stepped on it once and then laid a towel over it so it didn't happen again. Luckily it didn't break the skin on my foot. Other than that, i enjoyed the experience.

Price and location was good.

Not very many channels to watch on TV

The peace and quiet and the complimentary breakfast. I also liked how we weren't bothered at all and there were no complications with our stay.

The bed was way too soft. The light in the front didn't come on and had to move one of the lamps because it didn't have a plug in by it.

The hospitality was very poor and I usually stay at the baymont maybe once a month or once every 2 months and have stayed there for a couple weeks one time but this time it was very uncomfortable because of the hospitality and

I always stay at the baymont and it's always been great .......until this last time there were 2 new guys and they were kinda rude my reservation told me the price was 65.58 and they told me it was 70.00 and I asked for an early check in and they told me it would be an extra 40.00 and Ricky or any of the other clerks never charged me to check in early

Bathroom is not clean enough, roach’s were crawling around the bathroom, some of the plugs and lights wasn’t working properly.

The Shower in the bathroom did not have a door or a curtain. Therefore, when you take a shower, it would flood the bathroom floor!!

Breakfast could of been better. The waffle machine was so slow! I was thinking they would of had fruits or even some made Breakfast like eggs, sausage or bacon.

My room was close to the exit. And I got a bottom room like I asked for.

Some of the breakfast was old and not fresh. Room’s definitely need updated. We couldn’t even shut our bathroom door. Definitely need to work on the cleaning a little more. Ya get what you pay for!

Pool was cloudy. Pool area was shabby and dirty.

Breakfast was bare minimum. Adequate with minimal selections.

The grounds of this hotel was trashy and littered with fast food bags, plastic bottles ect.. The stairs and hallways were also filthy. Maybe there is a staffing shortage but the place could use some cleaning. Our room on the other hand was nice and clean.

The only staff member that we saw was nice and helpful but he appeared to be overworked. The first room had a large hole at the base of the wall and had an aroma that was not pleasant to us. The night manager gave us another room upstairs which much better.

The room wasn't fully cleaned. Leftover KFC soda cup, no soap of any kind in the bathroom, room wasn't vacuumed. Smelled...off. Hallway carpets dirty, streaks all over hallway tile floor.

The staff let us check in super early, and that was really great.

No hot shower

Beds were comfy. No hot water. Tank broke so Ricki refunded 1/2 $.

That my brother n law I convinced to change hotels had to switch rooms. 1st room had boogers on walls. The 2nd room had trash under night stand and bathroom needed cleaning. The 2nd room was taken care of and able to stay in the one. Also it showed pool was open and it was not. That was the purpose of going and price.

Easy check in, good price for what u get.
