The only issue was the directions. It says that the cabin is right past the chain link fence on the right. The fence is actually on the left. Other than that… no problems. Great cabin. Fantastic views!! Thanks!!!

This place is amazing. The view from the back deck is fantastic and there’s a hot tub. The property was clean and well-maintained and supplied with the basics. The staff checked on us while traveling and checked on us while going home, which was above and beyond what I would’ve expected, all in all I give it a 10 hands-down

The only thing I would change is have the cleaners pay better attention to dusting corners and floor boards and cobwebs in the vault ceilings

Beds were kind of hard but I've slept on worse. The drive up is paved the whole way but it's basically a one lane road used as a two way road. Bigger trucks beware. My mid size SUV made it up fine though and you get used to the steepness of the hill the more you drove it.

Location was great and had a beautiful view of mountains and tree tops right off the back porch. Plenty of space for two adults and two dogs. Kitchen was stocked well and Natural Retreats provides little care boxes for the bathroom and kitchen. Close proximity to Pigeon Forge maybe 5-10 min drive depending on traffic. 20-30 mins to Gatlinburg. I appreciated the app the provided with info about the cabin and the area we were staying in. It's not guaranteed but we called ahead and were able to check in early.

There were cob webs all over inside and outside. I don’t believe that should have been given we were charged over $200 for someone to clean.

The view from the back porch of the cabin was awesome. It was a very cute cabin. The cabin had a nice bathroom and the shower was great. Very comfortable bed.

The very few drawbacks I have are not deal-breakers to me, but they may be to some. With the cabin being so close to the main road, there is sound pollution that may not be expected when booking. There is an alright view of some mountains from the backporch and no mountains visible at all from the front porch. There are very close neighboring cabins, but privacy is still great; they were not noticeable once inside or on the back porch.

It was an absolutely fantastic little cabin; it's very cute with a nice view and the perfect size for a couple. The location is great, just a few minutes outside of town, with everything quickly within reach. The check-in/out procedure was entirely self done, so we did not have to interact with the staff, just let ourselves in/out. However, that doesn't mean the staff wasn't wonderful; they emailed very detailed instructions on how everything at the cabin should be done and were always available should we have questions.

The only thing that could be fixed is the hole in the rode leading up to the cabin.

It was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. The views from the pack porch are amazing. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything. It was quite and clean and comfortable.

road had a few really bad holes and no room to dodge them. info stated a gbbque grill on back deck but there wasnt one. no hot mitts for the stove nor dish towels. shower needs a caddy to hold soap and shampoo, always slid to the floor during showers needs a new broom i swept front porch and tried sweeping the kitchen broom very stiff. would be nice to have a chair in the bedroom. only these are minor issues and didnt cause us any discomfort.

The drive up the hill is pretty steep. the shower is really small and the couch is not comfortable. I figured out because of the elevation, food takes a bit longer to cook.

We loved the feeling of seclusion and the cabin itself is very cute. despite what people have said, inside we could not hear the Alpine coaster at all. The WiFi is great and we would hands down rent this cabin again. We were the only people on the street for a majority of the week. Natures Retreat was very attentive and asked us frequently if there was anything we needed. It is the very first property once you get all the way up the mountain, so you need to park in backwards. the view from the back deck is AMAZING. You’re just a few minutes from the main street that has shopping, restaurants and all the tourist things to do. it is great for a couples getaway but I don’t think anymore would be comfortable.

The shower was on the small side but it was ok. The living room tv did not have good batteries but we replaced them no issues.

The space was perfect for my husband and I on our quick weekend getaway. We wanted a quiet spot and that is what we got. The view was great and conveniently located to everything. The cabin was just what we needed.

There was quite a bit of water damage on the wall of the bedroom. The one lane road leading up the side of the mountain was also a surprise.

I really liked the porch with rocking chairs that overlooked the town.

It would have been nice to have had a propane grill like all the other cabins had our cabin had a rusted out charcoalgrill but we made it work. Also the construction going on two doors down all hours of the day and night that was anoying.

Nicely decorated. Beautiful scenery very welcoming feel. Soap shampoo conditioner dish detergent sanitizing wipes laundry detergent all provided.
