You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s a comfortable stay for the area and price was reasonable. Stayed one night so I didn’t use or see the pool or gym which I’d want to use if it was a longer trip.
Shuttle to Marc train was convenient although it took 20mins to get to it because the first stop is the airport. Also, the free parking and water fountain in the lobby was a plus.

no room service menu in room tried to ring room service, line was always busy so i called guest services and they said "oh their phone doesn't work" this should have either conveyed to me at checkin or fix the phone.

Soap dispenser in the shower was empty, did not know until I was in the shower. Hair dryer was inoperable in the bathroom. Problem with reservation because internet wifi system was down. There was no record of my reservation even upon giving them my confirmation email from Booking.com. They made a new reservation at the hotel.

Shower seemed to only have two temps, burning and scalding no matter which way I turned the dial. 1 elevator was out of order which slowed down getting to my room or out. Prices for a bottle of soda or chips were like stadium level prices, 1 mountain dew, 1 bottle of water, a bag of chips and a bag of Skittles was $16. Save $10 and go to the 7-11 down the road

The toilet stopped up and they brought me a plunger for me to unplug it they didn’t do it themselves I had to do it

Noisy guess meals should have an option to be included at point of booking.
Room was exceptional and very spacious. I however, did not purchase meals . Guess we’re extremely loud after hours. This is not a reflection on the hotel. Over all very nice, clean well maintained property.

Better food. Al a carte for breakfast.
I paid $20 for the breakfast and all of it was over cooked. The waffles and french toast were hard as bricks.

Hotel is outdated. When I arrived it says Sheraton outside but everything inside has Marriott (very confusing) the parking is horrible to have to walk up the hill with your belongings at night alone. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel with 6 floors horrible. The tubs weren't spotless clean I could visibly see the tiles needed to be scrubbed

The room was nice, they didn’t have enough towels and/or wash clothes. There was a stain on the carpet from prior customers I’m assuming( I didn’t make it) the fridge didn’t get cold at all for the beverages I had in there. Front desk was pleasant when checking In/out.

Crumbling old stinky rooms, filthy carpet, horribly stained bathrooms. Ignorant and rude frond desk person. Our experience was horrible, never suffered through this kind of filthy, dusty, stinky room before. I wouldn't say there again EVER.
Worst hotel in this price range, do not stay here, find yourself a decent place. Don't let the 4 stars fool you.
