We traveled with our little dog for the first time and our stay was very pleasant and comfortable including for our pet. The staff was prompt and took great care of us. We enjoyed our stay, our first time to visit Chicago. Thank You so much!

The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our room didn't have a little refrigerator, that was the only issue, we've never had a room before that didn't have a small fridge for drinks, left overs and such.

Overall nice hotel but you can tell it aged already and needs remodeling. Main reception area is pretty dark and that mood follows you through the entire hotel.

Hotel location was excellent as well as the room we got. It was a corner room with a view of the river and the lake.

1.,Overbooked and had to wait for additional rooms to be unlocked- receptionist Britney put in the effort to get it done asap ( I had earlier informed them about our late arrival) 2. A destination fee for F&B that could not be used as we arrived late due to flight delay and had to check out next morning 3. Was offered water but not prompted on amenities eg bed room slippers, etc

A brilliant spot, bang in the centre of Chicago with plenty of amenities. The room was very cozy, had an amazing view of the River (which hit the spot when tainted green for St Patrick's Day) and had everything one would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It had a "Riverview," but on higher floors, it is hard to see the river. Hotel does charge a resort fee, but that fee includes a daily $25 food & beverage credit (plus other benefits). We used the credit on room service for dessert.

It is in a wonderful location, close to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.

Since I checked in we had a problem with the room number, the manager was supposed to call me they never did, when we arrived to the room we found a dirty sock belong to the people who stayed in the room before us, we requested every day housekeeping and let them know make sure you vacuum and change the shits every day they only did one day the housekeeping, the way we requested the rest of the stay we had problems with the housekeeping and the managers never tried to contact us even by phone or email even one day I had to do the beds my self because even after we talked with the front desk people,.the person was nice and helpful, he say he would ask them to go and make the beds for us when we leave the room about for 5.hours and nobody made the beds,so I just went to front desk and explained everything and told them just give the shits and I'll do it myself he told me we should send the pictures of the issue and explain them the problem to this email and they will contact you and give you a recompense for the inconvenience, and I did but never receive an answer so disappointed with the way the they treat us in front a situation.like that.

Destination fee is very annoying: when you see the price in booking you see it without taxes and destination fee, then you see that you have a $25 mandatory destination fee per day. When you book it you get a message saying that the destination fee includes pool, gym etc and a $20 food and drink credit….so you go at the bar where you obviously spend more than $20. I strongly believe that if the destination fee is mandatory….it should be just part of daily price instead of seen this little surprise at the check out.
