I did not like the mattress, was a bit uncomfortable. The carpet was pretty dirty, and our shower didn’t drain properly so had to have maintenance in to unclog, which wasn’t too inconvenient. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

I really liked the balcony, it added a lot to the feeling of the whole room. The house staff was very friendly also.

the homeless people everywhere

it was easily accessible from the freeway. The homeless panhandlers are everywhere and they do walk through the parking area of where their location for parking there.

The carpet in the rooms needs a good shampooing. I wiped up some spilt water and the towel was a dark dirty color...yuck

The bed was not the most comfortable and there was road work at the main street the hotel was in, it was a drag to go to anywhere even near the hotel.

I like the proximity to Castles n Coasters - our planned destination. The swimming pool, slide, and hot tub were great as well.

the hotel was close to the highway and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Waterslide is amazing! So much fun. Enjoyed the fitness room. Love the treadmills graphics.

There's definitely room for improvements of the interior, refreshing paint and maybe some decor. There weren't many breakfast options at the hotel's Starbucks.

Overall, my stay was comfortable. The room was larger than expected and had everything i needed.

The mattress was comfortable but the bed frame seemed to be old because you could see it dipping in the middle of the bed. I was a little afraid that it might collapse.

Pool area was nice and the slide was a lot of fun. Staff is what made this stay as wonderful as it was. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like how the employees were so two sided. I would watch and listen to them speak to one person who was cleaner in appearance,. And then when my turn would act as though they couldn't believe I was a guest at their hotel. I am a rock star in the heavy metal scene and I guess I appear a little more lax in appearance and conduct. That doesn't make me less as important of a customer or more for that matter. Everyone should be treated as though they are the most important customer to ever walk up to the front desk period.
