You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBEWARE They do NOT provide a shuttle to the airport as advertised. They offer an Uber to the airport in place of a shuttle however only between the hours of 6pm-10pm, so if your flight is not within this window you have to find your own accommodations. Frustrating since that was the #1 reason I booked the hotel. I was also charged an additional $121.00 deposit and was promised the amount would be credited back to my bank account at checkout, it still has NOT happened and its been 4 days. I have reached out to Wyndham and no one has returned my calls or messages. I've had to dispute the transaction with my bank. So unless you have an extra $120 to throw away on an average room, I highly suggest booking a room at the Hyatt down the street. They have excellent customer service and a shuttle. I usually go with Hyatt but they were booked that weekend.

United States of AmericaThe first room we got hadn't been cleaned properly, the bathroom surfaces didn't look wiped down. The toilet handle was broken so it wouldn't flush. When I went to the front desk to inform then and request a different room, the woman at the desk acted like I was making things up and was reluctant to give me a new room. She did give in though and we got a room that was clean and fine.
The location was close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Parking was ample. The lobby was clean. The room was well insulated and quiet.
