There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. It was not cleaned well. Urine under the toilet seat and the lotion on the counter had dried fingerprints on the pump.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

It is pretty outdated, really needs to be updated. Really use could towel hooks or bars to hang up towels in the bathroom. The pocket door between the vanity and toilet did not close all the way and left a slight gap, making it so it could not be locked.

The location was good and the room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

This time there were a few issues: refrigerator was not working properly, the bathtub drained slow as well as the sink.. and the room was not as clean as last time.. I had asked for a balcony with a view but not a view of the parking lot…

parking is free, rooms are clean and it’s quiet.

Parking should be included. A little thing but it is really annoying to be surprised with parking fee when the parking lot is large and readily available.

Staff was great. Room was spacious and clean. The pool area is beautifully landscaped.

The room service was not worth the money. The food was poorly seasoned.

The hotel was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The pool suite rooms have assigned parking close by. The pool is very large.

club lounge just needed little more attention here and there refilling up but I understand why it wasn’t they did there best being short staffed

me and my wife loved the amazing view and also the pool how it isn’t gated and had more access of freedom to walk around while having the kids in the pool and watching them if you and your spouse prefer to walk around instead going in the pool.

The usual no room service etc. Its time to open back up california! Please push back on the covid nonsense! I also dont appreciate no response to my messaging via booking app and Sheraton only having automated phone option. Therefore making the reservation experience just meeting the minimum. The bath tub is a little weird. It was a good deal given that it is sheraton however I would not pay more then that for the current state and offerings this hotel has. I would pay less.

Well at first I felt that the double queen bed was not what I requested but it ended up being great since my bf and I live in a small studio it was nice to spend time together but actually experience a 1 bdr lol! I love the balcony. I also chose this hotel for the pool with actual lap lanes. The temperature is just right for these who intend to swim laps. But we were surprised no hot tub....but I guess that is a 1st world problem.

Sink was blocked would require to be unblocked and telephone connection was wrong room number. The manager would be told. I am sure this would be done. Also the swimming pool had no filter in place and was rather cool (however the weather was not very good for having a swim)
