The toilet flush was so loud and forceful... scary the first time used. Woke my partner every time it was flushed during the night! I would have appreciated notice online that the hotel is currently under construction and that the hot tub is permanently closed.

The front desk staff was welcoming and the valet... noticed I left my phone in the car and hurried it back into the hotel to me. I don't know his name, but that truly impressed me. The bed and shower were amazing!

Was on the lower level so there was no view out the window except for the ground. Room only had a single coffee maker and there was no coffee available in the lobby. Did not want to pay $20 per person for breakfast, but would have liked to have coffee available. Did not feel that we got what we paid for.

Great location to walk to town and travel to the parks. Lots of good restaurants and bars! Comfortable room with a nice set up.

It feels slightly pricy but at the same time worth it lol so maybe include a free breakfast or half off dinner for one night if staying multiple nights.

The welcoming ambiance of the staff and decor. It's in a prime location along the river with a walking trail that leads to a picturesque shopping area. This will be the only place I stay while visiting the area.

First room we were given smelled like smoke, so we had to move. Only two sets of towels in the room, and no extra pillows or blankets for the sofa bed were available. The in room coffee as not a K-cup, so couldn't make my own coffee. But the front desk staff were super accommodating, and used the staff room coffee maker for me, as the FREE coffee was also gone.

Nice room with lots of space! We loved the bathrooms having separate areas, and having two TVs. Great view, of the water and staff was top notch!

we really liked how we had Free EV charging for our EV hybrid. Also, the on-site bar is a must place to get a drink and check out the view of the falls.

this is the best location in Cuyahoga Falls, if you’d like to walk to some of the new great restaurants and bars in the area!

The restaurant overlooking the waterfalls I only open on the weekends. Too bad…. They are really missing an opportunity.

I was in room 406 and there were noises in the room. Clicking, bumps, pops, etc. Some were quite loud and long lasting. I don't believe they were from outside the room (ice maker, elevator,or from other rooms). Sounded more like within the walls of the room. I'm thankful they didn't keep me awake, but was awoken once by one....but it didn't continue and was able to fall back asleep. One of my daughters said she heard some noises in her room also.

I didn't eat from the breakfast buffet but my daughters and grandsons did. It was pricey but looked good. The server (young woman) was very good, attentive and friendly. The morning coffee service by the front desk was great. I and others in my family were especially appreciative of the bereavement rate you extended. We had family flying in from as far away as London and Hawaii. Any help with finances was welcome.
