The carpets in the room should be changed along with the furniture in the living room area of the room.

The beds in the room were very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms seem to be newly renovated.

You could only use elevators, and most of the time they weren’t operating fully so it took forever to get back and forth from the lobby to your room. There was also an evacuation of the hotel during our stay during the night, during which one of the elevators was out of service so it was very chaotic

Bed was not comfortable. You could feel the springs. The breakfast servers needed more help. For such a large hotel, there should be more than 2 wait staff.

Rooms were spacious. Room temperature was perfect. Breakfast area was relaxing with the greenery and waterfalls. All the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Pool and hot tub were a plus.

The room felt clean until I found a roach on the cabinet counter on two occasions along with the pungent smell of bug spray on the sofa bed.

I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and the elevator near the check in desk wasn't working. The same elevator still didn't work right. It worked but was always worried about being stuck in it.

I've stayed at this hotel before and the room is comfortable. It's nice having a suite. I also like that I can do my own laundry at the hotel.

No bathtub and no vent in the bathroom left the room a bit musty. Staff was very helpful with requests, but hotel was overbook when we first arrived and were given the wrong room. Had to move rooms the next night.

The cleaning of the balcony outside my window. When you look out there were build up of moss and mold .this looked very nasty .

The elevator is extremely slow, and only one was working. Review your bill before leaving. There was a $150 fee on my bill, I called hotel accounting several times, and they never returned my calls.

The hotel looks like the online photos. The rooms are big, and the beds are comfortable.

Lighting… Investing in some proper lamps and bulbs that are cool-white (as in 8000K) isn’s asked too much… The carpet and furniture seemed a bit filthy, but without said lightning hard to make an accurate statement. The door could use some insulation as the inner area of the hotel is quite noisy (but not in a bad way, more like white noise) due to that artificial waterfall in the center of the hotel. It might make sense simply turning that off midnight to 7am… Breakfast here is on menu, no buffet on weekdays. If the roof of the inner hall could be opened during good weather, even if only partially, that would *greatly* improve the flair of that area… just as an inspiration for the next renovation of that place -which can’t be too far out as things seem a bit dated…

Location to Airport and some restaurants in 5min walking distance… Rooms are spacious but badly lighted. Due to lack of proper lighting and dark furniture can’t make a good statement about cleanliness of the latter. Bathroom was very clean and properly equipped though. Bed comfy and clean as well. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a few amenities such as large pool area and gym, but unfortunately didn’t get to try them…

Laundry was out of order on my floor, not all front desk staff had access to the cash register, couldn't get a drink after 9 (after being in a stressful airport all day only to be cancelled), no shuttle to airport.

The courtyard was pretty. Rooms had plenty of space.

The cleaning up have to request in the lobby for next day, and not refill shampoo or soap bottles, and in many days never change the blankets.

Its a space room, close to I95, if you travel to Miami, and want to exit from the airport in tri-rail, the station its just cross the street, and commercial center its a just few meters, less than 10 minutos walking, have close different restaurants, like Ihop, Wendy's, etc. And gas station its in the corner. Have a microwave if want to buy food at supermarket.

Staff was not helpful and very rude. They would noy help me me get a room. They ask me to cancel my reservation and did not give me the same rate. Very bad service.

The staff wasn’t professional at all. I had called the property a few day’s before my arrival and the guy that answer was totally disrespectful. He even hung up on my after he said he was the manager. the hidden fees as well caused a huge problem with my check in. thank goodness I still have my mom she helped me out we was far from home

I did not like to witness a couple having sexual relationship inside the hot thub last Saturday night. I expected more from Marriott and it’s staff and during the entire act no one from staffing ever showed up. I expected more, since there was many families there with small kids including mine expected the staff to be more vigilant.

Breakfast was not included with this stay.
