Pool is too small, often no seats left. Music was way too loud and there were no quiet spaces. NO BALCONY, which was not clear based upon the booking description.

I would have liked the restaurant's opinions to have been better. Also, the pool was very crowded every day and sometimes difficult to find space. Our view was over the roof equipment and not pleasing, also a little loud.

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice and spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was also spacious. The location is convenient to Smather's Beach. The shuttle system was very helpful. We used it several times. The airport is close by and that was convenient as was the free shuttle!

The pool was slightly smaller than expected and the hot tub was not working while there. The pool experience was not quite as relaxing as we had hoped - lots of kids throwing toys across/out of pool.

The safe was not working on arrival, they were quick to attend to this however, the safe continued to show low battery every other day and so was frustrating having to sort this out, staff were quick to attend to. Also we experienced issues with the internet service, after the first 48 hours which is free you have to log on every day to use. Again sorting this out during our stay did eat into our time and was frustrating. The bathroom door handle was loose and came off, this was reported on the first day.

Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Having a safe, ironing facilities, refrigerator and microwave was good. Beach is just across the road and a shuttle to downtown runs every hour and picks up downtown on the half hour from 9am to 11.30pm. We used this daily. Bikes are available for hire at the hotel also. Restaurant is excellent and so is the bar. Great staff. We had to stay an additional day at the hotel and they managed to keep us in the same room which was excellent.

Second bed was a foldout couch. The frame on it was broken. We had to take the bedding on and off every day. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Two televisions on opposite sides of a wall but controlled by the same remotes. Room was near a walkway and the service area so it wasn’t very private and was noisy. Restaurant and bar were expensive. Restaurant menu did not accommodate various dietary needs.

Nice pool, lots of activities. Room looked nice and updated, location was excellent across from the beach. Restaurant was good. Liked the little extras.

I would have liked an outlet on my side of the bed for my phone.

We are several meals at the facility. The food was tasty. We weren't offered more soda or coffee. The pool was very nice. The lobby and restaurant were decorated nicely. We used the concierge service to book snorkeling and other activities. That worked out well.

The door to our room did not open and close well. Whenever someone opened or closed it, it made a loud noise. This was our biggest complaint. We had a suite which was to accommodate 4 people but it was small and there wasn't much storage space for everyone's things. The sofa bed did not come with instructions. We finally figured it out by going to the front desk at 1am to ask for help. The fella gave a description which wasn't very good. We figured it out on our own. The description of the room called for a courtyard view yet it was just a parking lot.

Check in was smooth. The pool area was nice.

Pool area is pretty small for the size of the resort. Food in restaurant was good but very slow getting it out. Seemed to be understaffed. Also, some restaurant staff not very friendly.

Room was very large. Bed very comfortable. Nice that bedroom could be closed off from bathroom and living room so other person could sleep in without being disturbed. There is bottled water everywhere and it’s complimentary. They use a text system where you can ask questions or request items. We got out of the room really late one day. I requested for room to be made up but if it was too late, would they please leave fresh towels, TP, water and kleenex. Everything was in the room when we returned. Also very close to beach. Shuttle service every hour to the waterfront close to Mallory Square.

1. The scenic bar area overlooking the pool was closed for the majority of our stay. 2. The heating/AC unit in the room had issues. The room temperature never reached the desired setpoint. 3. Our room was quite a distance from the lobby, restaurant, and pool. Although this was a minor inconvenience, it was a little irritating.

1. Shuttle service to/from the airport and downtown was prompt and the drivers were excellent, especially John. 2. Loved the morning coffee and tea service in the lobby. 3. Had only one meal (lunch) at the hotel. The food was very good.

The hotel was nice, with a nice setup with the swimming pool in de middle and the accommodation & rooms around it and the overall premises were well-kept with a beautiful garden-like style. They have free parking and a great (and free!) shuttle system running from early morning till late evening that conveniently takes you to and from the town-center so you don't need to bother about parking and can have a few drinks and not having to drive back. Also the coffee station in the lobby in the morning was great.

The room had no tower racks ir places to hang wet towels. As a reult we had to constantly call for fresh towels and wash clothes. Had there been a place to hang them dry. We could have reused the same towel cutting laubdry in half. J7st a couple hooks on the back of the bathroom door would go a l9ng way to save cost to the resirt.
