Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We paid almost 500 dollars for the room an wasn't able to get up an eat for free!!!!I think dogs should be off limits.
The friendliest of the people an staff.An I was able to go work out at the gym.

I could have had extra towels in my room. And my view wasn't good at all. I was on the second floor
The staff at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I ordered some extra towels with Guest Services and they were there, literally, within 7 minutes of my request.There was a gentleman who bought me some towels, who was very pleasant.

The room was a good size. We had a King Suite. It was clean and well organized. The king bed was comfortable. Everything worked well in the room (A/C, microwave, coffee maker, etc etc). Housekeeping was up to standard. The shower was powerful and hot when required. The front desk staff were very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast was typical of a Florida hotel - not much variety, but the staff in the breakfast room made up for that with their very warm and helpful attitude. Great hotel

They charged me 3$ for a bottle of water that had been labeled as free. The laundry service was also ridiculously expensive!

The parking could be a hassle but thanks for us there was never an issue. People are constantly leaving in and out.
The location has several restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Liked the fact that you have separation from bedroom to sofa bed with sliding doors. Has 2 tvs and a large bathroom that is accessible from both areas. Rooms were quiet. Beds were great. Good wifi. Restaurants across the street. Drug store 1 block away. Courtesy shuttle available for guests to take you shopping or to nearby eateries. Used shuttle multiple times instead of ubers.

I do not use the elevator and they have no internal stairs to get to your room. This was the first time I experienced this but I found it is not the only place like this in Florida. It was an inconvenience but they were very accommodating at providing security to let me in to the building stairs from the outside.
The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the extra sitting room separate from the bedroom. We opted out of housekeeping each day and they gave us a $5 gift card each day which we used for coffee at the in house Starbucks each morning which was convenient. It is located in a nice area with nearby places to eat, shop, etc. The lobby was lovely and the staff helpful.

The air filter in the room was dirty and the accumulation of dust triggered my allergies.
Breakfast was great, but the server took a while to serve us and give us back our check. He nearly forgot to return my credit card too.

the bartender should have returned my traveling companion's debit card and she should not have had to provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope for its return. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax
