The Property does need some updating inside and outside . The location was good and very clean.

The Location and the Ambience… very very comfortable a very convenient location if you’re looking to travel to NYC for the day. I highly recommend!

High Cost for pet friendly. $100 for one night.

I was shocked to find out that I would be charged $100 for my pet… I booked through booking.com and could find nowhere that mentioned there being a fee for pets. Also after checking my credit card it looks as though I was charged $150 for my pet.

Friday night was not good. Room 311 was run down. There was a gummy left on the carpet that my dog put in his mouth. The body wash was broken and lying in the tub. The thermostat on the wall did not work. Checked in at 10pm and the rooms across the hall 314 were SO LOUD all night. Loud kids, loud babies, loud TVs, loud in the hall! At 1240 am thru were still noisy and I had to call downstairs. No rest.

The front desk staff was wonderful! I checked in Friday evening and the young woman at the desk was bright, friendly and dressed beautifully. She was there again on Saturday and while I had a bad room experience Friday night, when I returned from my event Saturday afternoon she remembered me and was ready with a new room key and a MUCH better experience! She went above and beyond and saved my weekend. Room 522 was like an entirely different hotel from room 311

Location in relation to Tarrytowm village; wish it was closer but bee bus line and Uber helped

The size of the room is just right and comfortable. Love the decor and feel of the room. Fabulous large bathroom

Although there was a Starbucks on location we always enjoy hotels that include breakfast and this hotel does not have free breakfast.

The location was easy to get to. We drove to the Tarrytown train station and took the train to NYC. It was nice to return to a quiet, smaller town for a quiet night to sleep. Cute little town to explore the next day.

Clean, a high standard of facility and staff where very receptive helped with any queries very well especially Amanda beckford she was really friendly and went above and beyond for us

One complaint only: the blinds did not close. There was literally no track present to pull the blinds closed. We used safety pins to pull the drapes together and block out the morning sun. We knew it was going to be a problem and sure enough at 8:00 when we took the safety pins off, we were flooded with extremely bright sunlight. Maybe it's that way to get you awake so you leave quickly and don't hang around too late? That was our joke. Also, my bed was right next to the window and with no way to close it I definitely didn't feel comfortable getting dressed anywhere near there. We were on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. In a hotel room I want to feel comfortable getting dressed anywhere. I don't think in 83 years I've ever been in a hotel room where I couldn't close the blinds.Very odd!

We really enjoyed our stay. The mattresses were divinely comfortable, the hotel was immaculately clean, the lovely lady at the front desk was friendly and professional and the location was excellent. We used the shower and the water temperature and pressure were perfect. We didn't do breakfast there, but enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar.

that the hotel allows dogs. I should have been told this was dog friendly and if I had a choice.

love the room set up. very clean. was in back of the hotel so not much to see. But this is a dog friendly hotel so rather not have been on the same floor as dogs as i didn't know till i went to sleep and person left their dog barking all night. The elevators are a bit scary as their very old.

A dog went to the bathroom in the doorway and lobby and no one noticed - when we pointed it out, it was cleaned up by a dry mop- just pushed around the floor- no cleaning products or even water.

The air conditioner made annoying noises all night which we had to suffer through intermittently. Housekeeping didn’t refill shower pumps (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) this was a little annoying. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work (for whatever reason) out of the lobby. Front desk was helpful in getting me connected to the proper connection point, however stopped working once I went up the elevator.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, and the location.

Pool closed for OVER ONE YEAR!! Should NOT advertise you have a pool! You DON'T! FALSE ADVERTISING! Unacceptable!! I wouldn't not have stayed here if I knew the pool was closed, especially for that long!

The food there we had for dinner a stay ago, and we decided to never eat there again. It wasn't good at all. It was like frozen food reheated. Even my dessert was the worst I'd ever eaten. Eat elsewhere!
