The guy who took my luggage to my room was peeing in the bathroom when I came in. I had to walk back out of my room to let him finish. He came out and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that he was using the bathroom that I just paid for. Super disrespectful and unprofessional. Do they not allow employees their own bathrooms that they have to use the guest rooms?!

Breakfast was mid. Wasn’t worth the money? It came out cold.

Hotel ok but decor looks a little tired. The shower and sink taps don’t work well. The food available also quite poor and very strange that the only ‘restaurant’ is in the lobby.

There were (or at least was not apparent) not any electric vehicle chargers. I had to book this quickly, but normally this is an absolute must for any hotel we stay at.

As an LGBT family, staff were very welcoming and kind.

There is a nice out door launch, a pool and a hot tub. The bar was open long hours and there was a breakfast option

The location was great. Very easy to get to. And near a lot of venues. The room was very comfortable, spacious and new. Included a roomy bathroom and refrigerator

We had a dog and got put pretty far away from parking area. Breakfast is almost non-existent unless you pay for the restaurant.

Location was convenient. Mattresses were WONDERFUL. Room/hotel was very clean.

The room looked great except the stand where the TV was looked a bit outdated. The wifi wasn't free to use and the usb ports were very slow to charge.

We did have a problem with the room, but the front desk staff was very quick to resolve the issue and get us another room.

bloody sofa mattress and very uncomfortable with no adequate bedding

nice but overpriced slightly. not very many amenities but the bar area a and pool. also blood was all over my mattress in pull out couch. only one robe in the room no sheets v for pull out couch and the. n bloody mattress

I wasn't happy that a small cup of coffee at breakfast was $5. It wasn't very good for it to be more expensive than a comparable size at Starbucks. The hot tub had vents, but there wasn't any way to turn them on, which kinda sucked. The water pressure in the first room, which was a handicapped accessible room, was normal but the water took 20 minutes to heat up, and then it would swing between scalding and cool every minute or so. Not at all safe for someone who can't easily maneuver out of the stream of the shower. The water pressure in the second room I was moved to was the complete opposite, like standing under a water fall. In that it was INTENSE, and the hot water was HOT, I had it turned to almost off to reduce the temperature. I mean, GREAT for an athlete, but probably too much for others. There CAN be a happy medium for every room... right?

The sausages were delicious! I was able to easily order each morning and ensure I started my day well. Sitting in the hot tub was relaxing after the competition ended, and the location was so close to shopping, restaurants, highways and the competition venue. It was quiet (although I had to move rooms because of some insane music being played somewhere near the casino on the first night), and I slept like a rock. Beds were the right mix of firm and soft, and the temperature of the first room was PERFECT the second I walked in. The second room I was moved to was on the courtyard, which was quiet and pretty. The sun also rose in the window of the second room, and because the black out curtains are so good it was a really gentle way to wake up each morning (though I also sleep with a sleep mask so make of that what you will... my own black out curtains in my home aren't as good).

There was no restaurant on sunday / monday evening - which as a traveller on my own - I had specifically choose this hotel for the evening meal facilities. Room cleanliness wasn't great - looked like it hadn't been vacuumed

Layout of hotel was a little confusing. They charged and extra 37 dollars for some unknown reason, but the charge did eventually drop off

Beds were comfy, and we loved the pool/hot tub! Very close to King of Prussia mall.

There was a discrepancy that had to be resolved regarding the charge of the breakfast. I had ordered that the breakfast would be included ahead of time. Sarah Mason was very helpful to resolve the situation:).

There were two things I found a bit off putting. First there is no maid service on Sundays and second the city had decided to do some water repairs so we did not have water from 0800 hours on the last day of our stay. While I realise the second issue was somewhat out of the hotel's hands and they did communicate it well, they would have done better if they had offered a free credit at breakfast for the inconvenience.

Overall the hotel is in a good location if you have a car. It is close to the various highways, Valley Forge National Park and the KOP Mall. The room itself was spacious (we took a larger room) and the bed was very comfortable and there was an ability to adjust the temperature in the room beyond the normal 68-72 degrees that some hotels 'lock' you into. The hotel also has a free shuttle to the mall and the breakfast downstairs is ok.
