The hotel built in 90’s remained in 90’s. All the rooms old, utilised, a far cry from today’s standards.

over the weekend there were not enough towels at the pool, breakfast was very basic ( not enough fruit or milk) extra charge for eggs

location was great, there is a trolley station near by, plenty of restaurants , grocery shopping and walgreens at the corner of the hotel the facilities were just like the pictures and we could see that there was staff cleaning the pool every morning. i would say that since there was the F1 event the city was pack as the hotel , so there were not plenty towels for the pool. staff was nice and helpfull ( latino ones) overall was a nice stay

My room had broken air conditioning unit

The hotel was in a very convenient location! Right across the street from Walgreens and a citi bike rack. You can hop on a bike and ride along the beach! It’s also a short walk to Publix.

The continental breakfast wasn't very good. They ran out of food. It was a basic cold breakfast. The hotel needs updating and wasn't very clean. Our room next to the elevators was loud.

I did not like the room at all. The room was old fashioned. And the microwave was all the way downstairs. Every time I had to go downstairs from 10 floors to the lobby. Plus, inside the bathtub the shower handle was not good. Then the fridge was small.

It was a nice view 😍. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff always check on me. I enjoyed the pool and beach. Plus, the breakfast was delicious.

Our check in was supposed to be at 4pm and they gave us the room at 7 we had to be waiting in the lobby for 3 hours. The next day they wanted us to check out at 11 which I believe is not fear and they gave until 2pm. Lastly but not least the cleaning lady that was in the lobby area was always complaining every i passed next to her very loud that the floor was wet , that the floors had sand, also in the restrooms it was very unpleasant.

I love the location and the pool , I also like that they have a lot of games to entertain the whole family.

There were never any clean towels for the pool. Our door would not lock unless slammed several times, and then we still had to play with it a little bit to get it to lock. The toilet clogged twice with ease. We had to call for a plunger and they never came. We ended up going downstairs to get it. Shower pressure was AWFUL - better luck just washing up in the sink.

I liked the beach amenities - chairs .

first the buffet breakfast includes disgusting bagels, lot slice bread, Englis Maffin, more bread and bread hot oat so hard you can even scoop it. the coffee so strength you feel that was there for two days, name different flavor but all same tests. the fruit first come first serve and bread. one plate of chesses and first come first serve i stayed 5 days never see them of i forget you need to pay if you want any eggs. the pool lot of canes beers everywhere you can even swim.

Breakfast is very limited. Parking was on a lot next door, which might not fit in busier times. The percieved price excluded 30% extra charges, but that is probably Booking itself.

Good location. Very short walk to the beach, reasonable driving distance from Miami beach/downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds (maybe too) soft. Felt like some faded glory, bit still fine.

Room was very dated, poorly maintained, had a smell, tv didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush, sink didn’t work. We had to keep calling maintenance to come repair it. He finally came late at night and he had an attitude. The rooms and the lobby were 180 degrees from one another. The front desk personnel were very slow and seemed overwhelmed. They are a new company that took over. Maintenance guy also didn’t fix everything. Not worth the price (except maybe for the view and amenities).

Pros were good location (walking distance to many establishments), the lobby was very clean, huge and nice, there are many amenities (gym, nice big pool, bar/club, beach access, etc. most of the employees were very nice, ocean view (though only partially).

The free parking on-site was limited at the location. Additional parking was two or three blocks away. There was no change machine for laundry or vending. The carpet/flooring was dirty and made our feet/socks dirty if you walked on it without shoes. Our last night there, we saw a live cockroach crawl under the door to the hallway.

It had beach access, free parking, laundry, pool, restaurant/bar, gym, and games such as ping pong and Foosball.

The facilities and cleanliness of the common areas within the hotel were lacking. There were several damaged areas throughout the hotel, including in our room. The continental breakfast, while convenient, left a lot to be desired. I understand what a continental breakfast is, and this could hardly be considered even that.

The location with it's proximity and access to the beach was amazing. The gate was easy to access and the pool area was very clean. For the location, the cost per night was good. The rooms and beds were clean and the continental breakfast was convenient.
