the lost reservations, cleanliness of the deck especially, condition of some furniture was bad, peeling wallpaper, some areas need paint. My deck was next to a restaurant exhaust fan, and so I couldnt really use the deck.

They lost both of my reservations (I had two rooms). The lobby was full of people with lost reservations - took almost an hour to get it straightened out. The location is excellent, prices are good, the place is a bit run down. They could raise their prices if they did a bit of a facelift, replace ragged chairs, clean the balcony, room service would be great. My showed would not drain when I arrived, but maintenance fixed it quickly.

Property needs immediate updating. Only one elevator works and is slow. No saunas in operation, hot tubs jets don’t work. Just a very raged looking place that needs attention.

Smelled like dog, asked for somexair freshnerctwice and never received. Did not get the room requested. Room only had 1 plate, 1 fork, no spoons. No screen on sliding door. Only 1 elevator worked. Pool was out of order.

Secured parking and location was great. Beds were comfortable. Great view. Lobby area was clean. Sue was friendly.

I spent $418 for two nights. My kids were excited to use the pool, but we were told last minute it was closed due to “exploding” my daughter was so upset she cried. The beds were really lumpy and felt like we sunk in the middle. Underside of bed was dirty. Bath tub drain had a clump of other peoples hair in it when we first got in.

The elevator was a death trap. Most of the ceiling lights in our room didn’t work. Windows didn’t open and pieces were broken off, but they maybe have been intentionally damaged to stay closed. Bed was heavily dented and sagged across the middle. Hallways carpet was coming up and caused a tripping hazard.

Dishwasher didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, and kitchen had a leaking faucet.. they are under new management and boy do they have a lot to work on. The staff was great but they need to work on there communication skills as a team.

The beds are super comfy. The location is terrific close to everything. MO’s restaurant is next door.

Michelle was so helpful and nice and even tho some clients were not so nice she handled everything beautifully. While under pressure. She made stay very pleasant.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, we had too many broken items in the room. The fireplace only briefly worked, and both the bathroom fan and dishwasher were nonfunctional. The TV remote did not work until the staff gave us fresh batteries to install. Also, at least one of the two queen beds slightly leaned. We still slept well.

The staff were exceptional, especially Sue and Terrell. They managed difficult customers superbly. They were responsive to our needs and requests. They were polite and professional. They are an asset to your organization.

Nothing disliked. However the smoke alarm was going off when checked in. No one had fixed and room was assigned. It was thanksgiving weekend but I was told I may have to replace the 9 volt battery if they could not. It was fixed when I returned to room though.

First room we were given was terrible. I am 90 years old and could not walk up the stairs to the balcony & so many things were missing in the room. We were moved to a more comfortable room and Terrell was just wonderful. My daughter & I went there to celebrate my birthday & Terrell understood how hard it was for me to climb the stairs. The bathrooms are not good for older people, like me. There were no hand holds in the tub, the tub had rusty type water in it & the toilets are so very, very low. We managed, but was scary, I was so afraid I was going to fall.
