The expense of parking. I came down for chiropractic care so had to leave the hotel several times a day for multiple adjustments.

Rooms are nice and roomy. Love the large bathroom, double shower heads and tub! And close to all of my favorite stores I like to shop at.

I don’t have any complaints.

This property hands down is one of the nicest I’ve ever been! Walk out the front door of the hotel and immediately be right where want to be is amazing. The pier is a sight to see and then finish with super great lunch at Dukes. Priceless!

Parking charge, I just find with the room rate, daily resort fee, and taxes and admin charges, that the additional $45 per day to park is unnecessary.

Great location, great trendy hotel with lots of extras and services provided, the rooms and beds are comfortable, and the food in the restaurant is great too. Although you do pay for the extra services via a daily resort fee of $40, which is ok if you take advantage of them and we did, for the beach, evening smores round the fire pit, and scooters and bikes.

Lovely hotel catering also for pets, walking distance from all amenities. Staff are all friendly, no problem to assist if problems arise. We had a nice room with a big balcony overlooking the ocean and PCH. Slept like a baby ... Loved the toiletries especially the body cream if you can get your hands on these products to buy, do so. The gowns are nice and soft 100% cotton, also you are able to buy it.

Unfortunately, the room had a delay in the television I think because of the streaming Choice for television.

Breakfast was good location of the restaurant great my wife enjoyed the smell of a the hotel had a nice welcoming spell .

Two staff members seemed a little short with people, although they did their bare minimum job. However, the rest went soooooo far above and beyond to overcompensate for the other two. The rest exceeded my expectations and I was very impressed.

Location, vibe, happy hour, breakfast, style, bathtub, free use of beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards, almost every staff member was above and beyond amazing, our waiter, so much!

It’s not right on the beach, but across from the PCH. We asked for a beach view and it was more of a partial view.

Great service and fun amenities. I loved the happy hour and s’mores offered for their fire pits at night. They provide records to check out to play in the rooms - all rooms have a record player. They provide beach towels, bikes to ride along the beach and rental for roller skates. Adorable property. We were only there one night, but I’d highly recommend to friends or family.

Literally zero complaints.

From arrival to departure this stay was one for the books. The valet are so kind and unbelievably helpful for parking as well as directions and suggestions. Upon going into the hotel, you are greeted with an incredible atmosphere, delicious scent and all around good vibes. The amenities are unmatched, and it’s rare you want to hang out in your hotel at a beachside destination, but Kimpton is definitely a good hang, not to mention our room was so comfortable, the beach view was EVERYTHING, and our balcony was unreal. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will 100% book again.

Vinyl records were all pretty scratched. “Free Breakfast” was really just additional hotel fees on top of the room rate (although it was delicious!)

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Resort feel with fun extras… like a record player in room and s’mores by the fire pit. Free bike rentals to ride along the beach. Complimentary happy hour. Bed was firm but very comfortable. Room was quiet, clean, and nicely decorated. Bathtub was huge! Restaurant and breakfast was delicious!

A great boutique hotel. Friendly staff and a great restaurant attached. Fun games in the lobby and I love the record player in the room. Just a charming touch!

The sliding glass door could use some better soundproofing where the two glass doors meet in the middle. However, the white noise machine in the room helped a lot for sleeping.

Staff and property were great. The free beer from 5 to 6 pm was refreshing and a great way to meet people. Really liked the bath robes! Pet friendly with no pet fees!
