We booked last minute for an evening arrival and check in was confusing and complicated. We didn't realize this unit is NOT handled by the hotel front desk. Took us a while to figure out whom to call, get hold of them, and then had to go through some sort of verification process on a bad phone connection before we got the key code. This took almost an hour while waiting outside the property.

It fit us all and met our needs. Nice building and well equipped and supplied unit. Parking included.

you could tell the mattresses on the Murphy bed and sofa sleeper were old. They were lumpy. Also the parking for the extra vehicle was not clear. The lot you directed us to had “no overnight” parking signs posted. Luckily the parking attendant at the hotel gave us a parking pass

It would have been nice to have a way to play music in the condo. An electric kettle to easily make tea would be a good addition.

Ease of finding the pace. Very nice accommodation. Very convenient to small supermarket. Very close to the main chairs. We loved the ski valley service. We liked the starter things in the condo and all the basics were there. Soap, toilet paper, shampoo, tea coffee, etc.

The power was out the first evening/night I was there - no fault of the property owners, but quite the adventure in an unfamiliar space. The third day I was there, though, the thermostat went into economy mode (and the only options were economy or off) and it became quite chilly - the weather was in the 40s. There was no adjusting it...why?! Additionally, the gate code for parking didn't work past the first day, so I didn't have access to the parking after leaving for food. And the bed, whew. Not recommended for guests in their 40s :)

The location was great and all of the windows/balcony doors provided the most beautiful view of Big Sky. I loved that. There also was an ample amount of pillows and bedding (for just me, but not for the 4-6 people that could stay there).

The unit needs maintenance: balcony door seal was broken, the toilet seat is broken, lights out, lights above the bed not functioning.

Arrived and had been given wrong gate code for parking, and no parking permit in unit. Poor layout of furniture to outlets. Kitchen poorly outfitted.

i finally received my check in until the day we were leaving. no code for door, no parking code, no wifi code, had to beg other people and bellman for parking code.. people at front desk were almost rude indicating none of the fac8ilties were available unless we rented through them.

The beds were a little firm for our liking but not to the point we couldn’t get good sleep. Seemed like a lot of restaurants were closed “for the season” which added a lot more traveling for us. Coffee maker didn’t work for us either.

Condo was a great layout for our family of four. Beautiful location with a safe environment.

The elevator to condos, in the lobby area, could be marked a little better, just a small sign so you can tell that the elevator is even there.

The only thing about the facilities is that they were mostly closed due to COVID. The house is great but you must carry luggage and groceries up a steep hill. You can drive a vehicle next to the house but there is no parking, and again it's steep.

It was a beautiful place. Very relaxing with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

It would’ve been nice to have access to the laundry facilities. Because we booked through Vacasa the concierge couldn’t help us with really anything and we had to do everything through our Vacasa link.

The location was perfect and the rooms were spacious and perfect for a larger group!

Worn, old feeling. Room was tattered and worn. Floor baseboards were dirty, pillow beads were broken off. Grout was dirty on the bathroom floors. Showers were worn and dirty. Definitely needs replacing and touch up paint. New flooring in bathrooms etc. hated the early check out time of 10am! Check in isn’t until 4. And breakfast isn’t included. Parking is weird! You have to park way away and walk through a creepy tunnel! Too expensive to make it worth the cons. If it was cheaper then I would understand. Cleaning fee should not be $200+!

The main bathroom walk in shower door was about to come out of the wall the bedroom bathroom the shower curtain was moldy and nasty the vent in the bedroom was full of dust and the window screen was broken. Some of the dishes were still dirty
