Beds very thin and uncomfortable. Should have protective zipper covers under sheets. No hair dryer in room. Had to call for one after taking a shower and not finding one in the room.

The dogs were distasteful and not everyone like dogs it wasn’t fun sitting and eating with dogs inside the restaurant also that the water park closes so early . The worst part of it was when it was time to wind down someone dog on our floor was barking for so long and you can tell it was a big dog. Woke us out our sleep and kept us up for a while until finally they got the people who’s room it was It was horrible

There was no microwave, no coffee or washclothes in our room, we had to track a housekeeper down for these things. The vending machines we tried to use to get waters were not working or empty. Same with the vending on first floor, as they were saying empty. The fridge was wobbly in the cabinet. Other than these things, the room was clean, bed was comfy and we slept well. We recommend if you need a clean place to sleep. The price we paid was a bit much when compared to lack of amenities. We could have received more for our money if we chose other hotels within close proximity.

The parking fee was $25.00 a day and you were only able to renew it daily. The parking is all electronic and no one to talk to if it did not work. No room service daily. Walking a couple steps out to the boardwalk there was many individuals utilizing drugs and many homeless begging for money as well as sleeping against the building. The hotel was allowing time share agents to ask guest to take 90min of their time to present some property for money. We were asked by the same person 4 times in one day. When in the hotel there was a lot of security which was good but we assumed to keep the drugs out. Also you were not allowed on the beach from the board walk and no one seemed to know why. The hotel restaurant were not open with exception of two and one closed at 2pm. The other pizza place which was good.

The room was nice and fairly new. The staff were very nice and informative.

Rooms need to be updated, especially carpet, and all rooms should have a safe so I can lock up my personal items, my room didn't have one so i had to take my wallet and all my cards and ID with me to the Waterpark, race track opened late evening

They had a fire alarm test while I was in the shower, but I didn’t know that and ended up breaking my foot scrambling out of the shower to get dressed. Wish I had known it was a test. I also didn’t like walking through an arcade to get to my hotel room, but to be fair, that’s probably the reason most people stay here! I was just looking for a spot to relax.

The rooms were clean and modern. It had a nice view of the water too! I liked the staff, they were helpful and kind.
