United States of America4 Reviews“economical, sort of, and it shows.”The pictures on the internet make the place seem much more modern and clean than is the reality. Parking was terrible as the lot filled up every day and several sites were reserved for employees, causing patrons to park across the street. We found cockroaches in our room and could not leave any scraps or crumbs without attracting more of them. The curtains don't close all the way so the outside lights blare into the room all night. The place was dreary and depressing.
The location was perfect for our purposes in Reno. The staff was somewhat friendly, except for the person who threatened to tow our car at 6AM because we parked in their employee spot because there were no parking spots fort customers. This person was terribly rude and should not continue to work there if the motel expects to succeed with a good reputation.

United States of America1 review1 helpful vote“Adequate if looking for somewhere to sleep.”The lock was broken on my door, the chair looked like it had seen better days, nowhere to hang clothes, debris under the bed, and the wifi password didn't work for me. No information about breakfast.
The beds were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the parking was easy. There was a microwave and a mini coffee maker.
