The balcony floor was sticky and the rooms could be updated. The rooms could use a microwave.

I loved the room with the balcony over the stream. It was too cold so we didn't use the pool but it seemed like like a decent facility. The hotel is conveniently located on the trolley route at a trolley stop and it is less than a 1/2 mile walk from the downtown.

Temp in room was hard to regulate. Saw some ants and spiders. Not enough to call the desk but more than I liked.

Kids loved indoor swimming. Easy walk to Gatlinburg strip. Trolley was easy to catch and navigate.

The bed is very hard/firm. There were cracks in the walls, big cracks on the jacuzzi tub, bathroom was extremely small, no continental breakfast and the restaurant they have there is so outrageously expensive for what they offer. Eggs shouldn't cost $14. There were exposed wires in the ceiling in the cave part of the pool.

I loved the trolley system, I loved the location, the indoor pool was really cool, the staff was very friendly, the jacuzzi tub was really nice to have in the room but had some issues. I loved the hot tub being separate from the pool area.

I don’t like the rooms on the other side of road as much as I did the first time I stayed on the check in and pool side of the hotel but it was ok only 1 night when booking I honestly didn’t know you had more rooms on the other side of the road I would of been more careful

The beds were not comfortable and we asked for an extra blanket because one was dirty and was told they didn’t have one to replace it.

Key card was a bit hard to get door open as the hotel is a bit dated Ceiling was peeling and room very dated (excepted for paying a budget price) Had to walk across street to get to indoor pool (hotel split into 2 sections)

Indoor pool was very nice Location to town was within walking distance (a little rough going back up, but not bad) Staff was friendly Room was decent

The room was decent. You can tell it hadn't been updated in a while. But it was still clean and functional. The pool area was great for my kids!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I accidentally left my lights on in an employee came off shift to jump my car. They help my son retrieve his toys from the dresser and we’re ready with recommendations to local restaurants. My kids love the pool it was a great family experience.

Some of the linens and aspects of the room were a little dated, and water pressure could have been better in the shower.

We LOVED our balcony room with the stream right under it. It was so calming and peaceful, we left our door open a lot just to listen to it. We really enjoyed the indoor pool, it was conveniently located across from our room.

Rooms were kind of run down, holes in the door, counters are rotting. Didn't really get to use the pools because of the amount of people. Possibly could use a "adult swim time"

There was a domestic issue in the room next door that went on for hours and eventually brought the police.

My family enjoyed the indoor pool area. And the balcony overlooking the creek was nice.
