the website said it had jetted tub in the mini suite, it wasn’t true, it was my wife anniversary so I now she like jetted tubs, so I chose this room, also I ask for chocolate covered strawberries, didn’t get them but some other sweets, also the champagne came really late so no surprises there, also there isn’t room service. I was charged $50 a day for 3 days was supposed to be refunded at check out, it didn’t happen, the manager never gave me the breakdown bill. I did receive a $100 discount , because the jetted tub was disconnected in all the rooms, but wasn’t mentioned on the description, so the total was to be $150 plus 100 = 250. I tried to call back but always left on hold a few times or just hung up on, and this is supposed to be a 4star hotel more like 3 .

No one's fault and I meant to say something at checkout but forgot. The set screw on the temperature control on the shower faucet was missing and the handle came off. We were able to place it back on with no problem and take a shower.

Staff made it worthwhile. Food was very good! The room was nice.

I booked a king suite that was supposed to have a whirlpool tub, and a city view. I got absolutely no view, and a very standard shower tub combo. $488 for a one night stay with no view and no whirlpool tub was very disappointing. The inability to open the windows at all, not even a crack, to let some air in was also a bummer.

The staff was helpful and kind. It's a nice hotel. The bed was clean and very comfortable.

Bed had a lump in the cent, room 506. No black tea available. Terrible shower. Shower head very tall and hard to operate.. Plastic non opening door was so close to the toilet it impedes operation. Not enough towels since they do not service the room we had wet towels, not good.

Breakfast was generally good, loved the view. Server was excellent. Loved the artwork and decor. All staff were very nice and well trained.

I think the coffee place should be open longer and find better service. One girl that works there was great, but the rest were awful. I did not get the employees name but she worked the day of the big storm on the 4th of February. She was great.

The location is one of my favorite locations and the only hotel I stay in when I come to Reno. I enjoy the restaurant and atmosphere. I would like to say thank you to Trevor at the front desk. His customer service is amazing. Wish more people were like him. Holly and Katy at the Shore Room were amazing. Katy always made sure our drinks were full and has a pleasant attitude. Holly was a delight. Always making sure everyone is taken care of and very pleasant attitude as well. Really enjoyed our stay due to these 3 wonderful people.

Failed window made great view impossible to see. Maid entered room without knocking. Air conditioning vent blew directly on one bed making it impossible to sleep in that bed. It would’ve been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. no bathtub. Way too dark in room. Insufficient lighting. overpriced parking.

Bed was very comfortable, nice linens. Front desk reception very friendly and helpful.
