New matress and pillows, the hand towels were stained. New curtains for privacy, and the worst part was you could hear all you neighbors.

There wasn't anyone in the front office at 7 am when we had to check out /leave. They usually come in at 8 am it seems. So, we dropped the keys in the key box and left. We had to leave for an appointment at 7 am so we checked out and then came back again three hours later just to get the deposit (no card but cash deposit only) back. We called after 8 am and the phone was responded properly. Looks like that is the normal timing for the staff. Nothing unusual for them. But, beware of cash deposit policy and be prepared with cash.

It was close to the highway so easy reach. Looks like the hotel has a lot of long term guest. I assume that many of the policies are more suited for the long term guests. They had ice water, hot water and tea etc in the front office that we can access anytime. We used the hot water with our own tea bags that we preferred. I like that they had the hot water facility.

The restroom , the design is weird like no privacy. The bed had a imprint of someone who lays on that side of the bed which hurt my back.

It smell clean / okay , the area outside was clean . The parking was close by .

Not that I didn't like it, but I was a bit surprised that they still use physical keys for their doors and deadbolts. Not criticizing. I felt safe and the key always worked. I didn't have to go back to the office to restore my entry card key,..

Well, preparation for a 3-day conference I was attending and wanted to be at close proximity, to be fully prepared and authentic, I'll decided to book another night a day earlier than I originally booked. The staff there seamlessly attached my room to my original booking. The staff was on top of making sure I had clean towels, toilet paper, etc....

That they give out little towels to shower with and are strick on how they look. These floors stay dirty from guest walking on it so of course they are going to have a little dirt on them.

Staff was very helpful. We got another night and they let us pay the same amount that we paid from what was given to us from booking.com. thank you for that. Much appreciated.

First time to the area. The street was under construction making it a little hard to get in and out. The area looked shady, but facilities were good. There was an unexpected $50 cash deposit that was required to check in. When you check out you watch as they put gloves on and go inspect your room in order to get your cash back.

Staff at location were very welcoming. The room and jacuzzi were very clean. Security available at night.

The rooms, as far as furnishings/decor could use updating imo but that would probably cause a rate increase so it's fine lol And the walls seem super thin I can hear neighboring rooms conversations as well as their tvs but with my schedule I'm used to be sleeping when the rest of the world is awake and it's quiet at night

The gentleman at the front desk is always very welcoming and helpful I have a non traditional work schedule and I especially appreciate the fact that they allow me to check-in when I arrive (if room is available and ready) as I am usually ready to get some sleep and not have to figure out where to go or what to do until 3pm which seems to be typical industry standard. A HUGE plus for me! Lower than average rates and a very fair/reasonable deposit policy are mainly what keep me coming back again and again 😊
