That we couldn't stay longer...

This almost hidden Resort is a mini tropical oasis just a hop skip and jump from Siesta Key, Lido, St Armands Circle and so many other fun things to see and do. But, warning: don't make TOO many plans--once you arrive, you won't want to leave! 😊 Surrounded by lush bamboo with loads of various palms and flora throughout the property, you will be welcomed cheerfully at the Office to check in by either GM or MOD (as well as a great selection of sunscreens, etc, some various necessities, and some nicely chilled water as a courtesy). Upon check-in, you can grab towels for the pool along with a hanging car tag if you brought a vehicle, your room pass code and wifi info, and a handy map of the property. There are even some bicycles available if you want to explore the area surrounding the Resort on your own. Tiki torches abound, and there are so many special spots sprinkled all around the Resort, like quiet area, adults only spot, beautiful lighting and fountains, many places to sit and relax, and lots of shady places to catch a little relief from the mid-day sun. Great pool area, too, and loads of hammocks, some hanging daybeds, and plenty of chairs around to soak in the sun (or not). The GM mentioned they have plans of adding a Tiki Bar at some point in the future. The care that is being taken to set this Resort apart is evident throughout the property. While some of the structural elements are original (somewhat dated), the more recent updates, renovations, and thoughtful improvements can be seen everyplace you look. We stayed in a Villa style 'room' (which can accommodate 3, as it has a sofa bed), which features a nicely appointed kitchen (full sized fridge, oven/range, and microwave, as well as pots/pans, dishes/bowls, silverware and cooking/cleaning utensils) and a small table for four. This area is shared with an adjacent living area-small sofa bed, coffee table, TV.

There could have been a little less lizards running the side walk next to our door but it is also April in Florida just glad one did not come in

It was a little humid inside the rooms, perhaps due to the window unit AC.

We loved the location of the hotel! It’s close to most of the restaurants, the beach! Amazing spot! The vibe, the atmosphere is top 10! It’s simple and very relaxing. The pools and the garden is amazing!

Though room is clean, neat, welcoming. The bath would have been more cleaner especially floors. The props, faucets are old and basic, would have been better for given price.

The grounds were beautiful. even though you are close to a busy road, you feel like you are at a secluded area. the room was spotless and smelled fresh. arrived early and was able to sign out some beach chairs and head to the beach.

I arrived at the hotel early and I was able to check in to my room earlier than the required time. Christine was very friendly at the front desk and very accommodating. The pool areas are very lush and tropical and are surrounded by hammocks and swings. During the evening there are fire pits for your enjoyment. There is a beautiful scent of jasmine all throughout the property. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning
