Great room with comfortable bed and all the necessities. Excellent location near lots of great restaurants, clubs, museums. Great service. Nice on-site restaurant.

Parking availability slim to none. Unable to park personal vehicle without having to park long distance. The valet location and valet parking wasn't as convenient as you would expect.

Everything was clean and new and very comfortable. Shower amenities were great quality.

The architecture in the building was stunning! It was located just steps from the restaurants I needed to go to (Morton's and Scott's). Also within 10 minutes of SAP Center and San Jose Amtrak Station, which I also needed to go to. The beds in the room were super comfortable. We had a nice view of the city.

Antenna cable connection was spotty. Hotel staff could not identify the different Nespresso coffees (coffee pods unmarked, not sure which one was decaf). So the amenity to use coffee became unavailable to me. Herbal tea not available, only black & green. No chamomile or peppermint. Late night bar, no small plates kitchen doesn’t stay open for minimum food. Market doesn’t stay open late night.

I like the close proximity to the Metro Bus Line and Train. The bus station is across the building. The cleanliness of the room was positive. Modern furnishings and bathroom fixtures. Liked the fridge and updated modern thermostat.

Terrible, almost contious noise from airplanes. We did not sleep many hours because of the noise.

The Christmas light crowd! I checked in and there were people everywhere. It was loud and unexpected but I understand the event was put on by the city.

Chargeable wifi

We arrived slightly early before check in time and were allowed to check in. Room was clean & spacious. Comfortable bed. Toilet was clean and bright. No bath tub. Only have valet parking @ usd47. there was a seating area at level P to claim the car, it’s pretty convenient. Wifi chargeable @ $15/day.

Parking was a bit of a hassle. Valet staff were great, but it would be nice to have faster access to our car.

The items for bathing in the bathroom are small and with little quantity.

Wonderful cleanliness, comfortable and spacious room, wonderful service, the location is great and next door there are several options of places to eat, from breakfast to dinners.. the pool is amazing and the lobby bar is a charm. I forgot my ID at the hotel and the staff promptly helped me with the return. Special thanks to Emilio from the frontdesk.
