Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaIt’s not the hotels fault, but there were sugar ants all over the bathroom. I know it’s ant season but they were on the towels. Also my mom and I are both short and the towel hooks on the bathroom door mounted at the very top and was a high reach for us. We had breakfast at the Urban Steel, and even though the food was fresh and nicely presented, we were expecting more traditional “hash” we didn’t like the Slabtown Hash or the Avocado Toast. We both agreed to go to a different dining experience next time. But the hotel itself was 10 out of 10.
The location was just a short drive from the airport. The neighborhood was so delightfully walkable and charming. The concierge staff was helpful and attentive. One nice touch was the flower planters in the parking lot.

United States of AmericaWe loved the spaciousness of the room and also its proximity to the city. The room was more modern and the wifi had a good data rate. You can walk to some places to eat and there were plenty of parking spaces.

United States of AmericaWould be nice to have a complimentary breakfast available, but they do have a restaurant next to the lobby if you're looking for a meal.
Due to a last minute flight delay, I needed to reschedule my booking for the next night. The staff was kind and able to make the change without much fanfare. I'm very thankful they were able to accommodate a last minute change without penalty. Also, the pillows are super comfortable to the point I'd like to know how to get some of them.

ChileEven though the lobby and restaurant are nice and modern, the rooms look a bit aged. Not a big deal
Location is fantastic, walking distance to many good restaurants/coffee shops, stores and I-5/405 ramps. Hotel comes with complementary parking, which is nice in this area where parking meters are everywhere. There is an in-house restaurant which I didn't try but it looks super nice and it was packed for dinner during my stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable

United States of AmericaThe bed was a little firm.
Our interactions with Brayden, aka Keanu Reeves at the front desk were exceptional. He was very friendly and helpful. The young lady who was at the desk the next morning was also friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't catch her name.

CanadaThe carpet in the room (406) needs replacing/ upgrading. It is an old, industrial type.
Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were helpful, laid back, and always available. Aveda products for the bathroom were a great touch! Also, the late check out at noon worked great for us since we’re catching the afternoon Amtrak train. Excellent location in the charming NW district. Safe area to walk around in. The hotel is within walking distance to the wide variety of shops and restaurants on 23rd. We even walked to the Forest park to check out the amazing nature and trail network. We stayed here on a past trip with a car and it was easy to drive places as well. Transit is very close to the hotel as well. We did try the new on site restaurant for breakfast, it was excellent too.

United States of AmericaI can't think of a thing that was not perfect. Everything was marvelous.
The parking garage is a big plus, although the location is a close second. It's a brief walk to Forest Park, which is aptly named because it feels as if you are suddenly in a neverending forest with a babbling brook alongside the trail. Room service was excellent as well. Staff were super friendly.

United States of AmericaNothing. Everything was perfect!
I had an argument with my daughter and ended up staying here. The front desk clerk was so sweet and helped me feel better about my daughter. He was the best! He even gave me an upgrade. The room was wonderful. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed. The next night, I talked to a different front desk clerk. She was also very sweet. The Hotel and the room are very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Benjamin and Athena for making me feel at home!
