The hitman and woman who checked in to try and take me out. Which of course is no fault of the hotel!

The staff and the price and ability to stay with our dog. I have been having issues with assassination attempts, so unfortunately, it is hard for me to have a safe space to stay. But the staff was accommodating to me and my protection team members(or at least I am assuming due to the threats being removed and me not hearing any more about it! 💗 we are always grewtful for any place that we can have to seek safe shelter from the chaos that has been following me everywhere I go! And this was just that! Of course, for the price and the flexible pet policy, you can't expect a facy get up! But the rooms had all the necessities, and like I said, the staff was a real joy and kind human to communicate with, and I am very grateful to him for his compassionate and accommodating professional demeanor. I would stay again!

I went to take a shower ND had to wash public hairs out of it. While in the shower I grabbed the wash cloth, while wetting the cloth may fingers got stuck in long hair stuck in the cloth.

I don’t think I have stayed in a grubbier motel. The fridge groaned all night. The bed was worn out with the sides giving away. Floor tiles were broken near the wash basin and there were clear indication of many years of patching up. No coffee machine or offer of the same.

The shower was hot and relatively powerful. The pillows were good. Location was good with easy walk to a few restaurants especially Venny’s Cafe on the next block north, good food if a little pricey. The other guests were very pleasant and sociable.

There was a dirty towel in the corner of the bathroom and it looked like the bathroom floor could have used a mopping. Internet connection in our room was very weak, but the manager said he was trying to improve that for the whole place.

Very easy to get to on Hwy 101. Having a triple bed room for me and my kids was great. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Not even a cup for water to brush my teeth. No ice bucket. No coffee, but it was available in office. Shortage of toilet paper. Floor did not look very clean.

it got really warm in the room during the summer and with only a fan to cool it down. that fan helped yet only to help cool my sweat on me.

Our room was dirty, the floor felt like there was sand everywhere. There was dust covering all of the appliances and I’m sure they don’t wash the blankets if there is no visible dirtiness.

Bedding hasn't been updated in a decade or so, I recommend bring your own blankets. Towels we're pretty threadbare and one was grossly stained. Found hair in the bathroom, along the sink and countertops, there was also a stained shower curtain. There didn't seem to be a thermostat on the mini-fridge and it ended up freezing all my food. Not the end of the world but just not convenient. Grounds to walk your dog were pretty awful, visit the nearby park instead.

Good location, albeit a bit loud with all the traffic. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and great to work with. Motel is definitely dated but has new windows, super soft beds, and newer flooring. Room was secure. For what you pay, it's what you get. I needed a pet friendly room and that's exactly what it was. Bring your own blankets, cleaning wipes, and towels and you'll be fine.
