To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

AustraliaWalls a little thin could hear the next door guests talking. Housekeeping could have been better. As with most hotels in Las Vegas the smoking is shocking. I have no problem with people who wish to kill themselves by burning chemicals and inhaling the smoke, that’s their business. The issue is the smoke that infiltrates everything including furniture, carpet, your clothes and hair etc . If you are a non smoker this can be at best annoying and at worst a serious health hazard.
Great rooms good facilities nice place to stay off the strip amazing pool area.

United States of AmericaThe shuttle hours should be posted on the booking site. We booked specifically for a free shuttle and couldn’t use it because our flight got in at 9:30 PM. I had to pay $45 for a taxi I wasn’t budgeting for paying. The TV wouldn’t turn off so we had it lighting up the room all night.

United States of AmericaParking was hard to navigate. Finding my room was a bit hard. Once I did find the direction, it was down at the end of the hallway. My view was that great either however that was the only bad thing.
Room was nice and big. Comfy bed. Front desk staff member (Mel) she was amazing; helped me with parking since it was a bit hard to figure out (construction was happening). Lots of cool attractions. On my last day as I was leaving I saw the mermaids and it was pretty cool.

I should not be charge resort fee since swimming pool is being renovated and I don'r want to go to other 2 facilities to swim this is where I checked in. I saw on review of one of customer complained about false advertisement regardinh swimming pool but after booking just like me that pool is being renovated and she was not charge for resort fee. I asked about this and sent message before I came and they said I still need to be charge resort fee.. I don't think it's fair..False advertisement..

CanadaThere's nowhere to hang anything in the bathroom and it's a little small. Food in the main lounge and casino area is very expensive especially the Wuhu Chinese restaurant we were charged nearly $70 for egg fried rice, noodles & shrimp vegetables. Our maid threw away my shaving soap including the box and did not hand in 2 very expensive shirts I left behind, so she was either incompetent not checking the draws or kept them.
Staff at the front desk were very polite and help full. The rooms are nice and newly decorated. You don't need to leave the lodge it caters for everything you need.
