Room smelled very musty wet mold smell absolutely terrible

The TV came on but could not get it to play anything it was like it was locked. You get what you pay for. Bed was hard.

The staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean.

1 out of 3 rooms had heat, hot water took while to get warm. Bed was so-so. Our key cards were giving us trouble too.

The room smelled. Coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Breakfast was advertised, but no breakfast. Awful soap, only shampoo, no conditioner. The owner had an emergency, and I totally understand that, but the people who were left in charge had no idea what was going on. I guess they are more attuned during peak seasons. The whole reason we stayed there was because my husband stayed there before and had a great experience. (And breakfast) But not this time.

It was close to everything and had a nice hot shower. The owner tried hard to communicate even during his own personal emergency. He was very kind.

Cable tv didn’t work and Roku tv app add-on was not connected to the internet, which the hotel also didn’t have, nor was the remote to operate the Roku available. The heating system seemed to lack the ability to keep the room warm even after setting it to max. Had to sleep with two pairs of clothes on and under all the blankets we were still cold. No additional comforter was available and temp dipped to the 20’s overnight.

Definitely needs some updating. The heater was not working in the room my kids were sleeping in and some of the comforters on the beds were stained.

The location was convenient for Hersheypark. The staff was very friendly and the kids loved the indoor pool.

The place needed some new paint and carpeting. The television was tiny and far away from the bed. The stairs are unsafe and steep.

Beds weren't the most comfortable. Mattress was very soft. And you definitely hear your neighbors above your head as soon as they get up and move around.

Loved the reasonable price and how close it was to Hershey Park! It gave us a place to chill and sleep after a long 2 hour drive before having a fun day at Hershey the next day.

It appears old and dated. A coat of paint would make a big difference. The powdered coffee creamer was rock hard. The pillows were pretty flat. Our room had alot of steps to enter.

It is close to town and in a lovely neighborhood. There is plenty of parking. The beds were huge and the property was clean. There is a pool but we weren’t able to check it out due to time. It looked nice.

Staff was wonderful - friendly and helpful. Location is great for visiting Hersheypark. Parking lot was clean, well lit and convenient to location of rooms.

The fridge didn't get cold and the hair dryer was broken. The candy in the vending machine was also melted and over a month expired cost $2.50 for one candy bar

Facilities needed TLC, very outdated. However, I talked at length with the owner and he has already begun renovations on the facility. Cleaning staff did a fair job.

For a family of 4 the separate bedroom with 2 full sized beds for our teenaged boys was perfect! Also the kitchenette saved us a lot of money on meals.
