The listing could have been clearer that everything, but the bedroom may be shared if another group rents the other bedroom. It is always helpful to know ahead of time if there are chores to do at the end of your stay so that you can plan accordingly. There really should be quiet hours, so that if one group is up late, they respect the other guest's ability to sleep and relax.

The apartment was very pleasant. I enjoyed the bedroom, couch, TV, present, and kitchen area. It was very easy to catch a bus nearby. The hosts were easy to get in contact with. I would stay there again.

I dislike the he mosquitos. I also disliked the fact that there was another family in the facilities. This my me and my party feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I dislike the fact that the staff did absolutely nothing to accommodate us alleviate our concerns.

It was a shared rental. It does not state that in the booking. I would never have booked that place if I knew that. The other tenants were up to 3am the first night. I didn't get any sleep that night which put a damper on my vacation. The coffee maker barley worked. They expect you to do your laundry on the way out. the patio listed is literally a rug in the grass in the backyard. the backyard fence was falling over and made it difficult to even get there. I will never rent this space again!!!

We have no complaints; the stay was wonderful.

The owner the website says 2 bedrooms meaning you pay for that but since she double booked the house on the same day the owner tried to make us pay for something they messed up on and also told us we couldn't use the master bedroom but I read other people did no one mention about had to share a house with a stranger's but they canceled it because it was posted to be a girls trip meaning they was looking to have fun the owner was very unprofessional with someone who is from New orleans and knows how airbnb post to be

We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there since we were visiting our son. There were no pot holders, oven mitts, or dish towels. We bought all. Needs a couple size of different metal baking sheet pans & a strainer too.

Pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes, liens provided. There was a washer/dryer too. It was roomy and clean. Host were nice and responded quick to any questions we had.

Everything. The street surface had been removed in the entire vicinity, surface was sandy dirt. Hugh hot holes everywhere. The street to access the home was completely blocked with multiple road construction signs. A majority of the houses were in disrepair, abandoned cars everywhere. There was no front yard, the steps to enter the home were are the side walk, part of which seemed to be in street.

We stayed at Simplicity, it was such a nice stay. The home was decorated so pretty. The amenities were just what’s needed. It’s in close proximity to the stadium. We will definitely stay again when in New Orleans. The staff immediately responded to any questions. We were well pleased.

Safety!!!! The neighborhood is less than desirable, the front door dead bolt didn’t work, the door code was incredibly generic, the window was broken and bedroom window wouldn’t lock. I pushed the couch against the door and I stayed awake all night to watch the cars and listen for the window to open (kids were in that room).

The description said 3 bedrooms. It it was actually 2 bedrooms. Little disappointed since we were looking forward to having our own room.

Amenities were above and beyond. Coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, toiletries, feminine products, even a Polaroid. Very nice house with beautiful decor. Plenty of beds. Location wasn’t bad, close to French quarters.
