We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Outside of the pool slightly crowded the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The continental breakfasts were some of the better ones we have encountered, keep up the choices.

We enjoyed the selection at breakfast. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean.

United States of AmericaWe arrived at 11pm, after having drove across country from Washington on our way to Indiana. We were exhausted. Upon entering our room, we immediately smelled cat urine. It was so strong. Then it was hot and really humid in the room. But it had a view of the parking lot where our truck and Uhaul trailer were parked. We turned the air conditioning on. The room was 73 degrees. It was so slow to cool the room. When we checked out it had only cooled to 68 degrees. We typically keep our home A/C on 67. But it didn't feel like 68°. It was so stuffy, humid, and uncomfortable. It was frustrating because we paid $260 for this one night. Our room was a handicap accessible room. My husband and I thought maybe someone had a feline support/service animal that may have had an accident. We have cats and know it's difficult to remove the odor. The smell lessened as it cooled off, but it never went away.
The front desk attendants were absolutely the sweetest! They were so helpful to us and recognized our exhaustion. They recommended a restaurant that had really good food and delivery service at that late hour. Besides the smell of cat urine in our room, it was spotless. No fingerprints, no stray hair from previous occupants, nothing. And the toiletries were JD Watkins brand. Which I really liked. The breakfast offerings were good, they were just cold. Had it been warm, it would've been great. We'd stay again but would request to inspect the room first.

This was the best breakfast we had on our trip to the Black Hills. Lots of variety.

I didn’t have the breakfast because we normally eat something simple in the room. We were not in the hotel long at all. Just to sleep. My son fell in the shower and cut his back so maybe something non slip on the floor of the shower would help.

United States of AmericaWe had 2 rooms on our stay, one of the rooms were really really bad at getting ac down to cool the room after such a hot humid day even at night it didn’t cool down. Shower-head wasn’t as good at sending water through as expected and it fell short of what it looked like.
The beds were extremely comfortable, the room size was good for the family, the rooms were clean, and the facility felt safe. The frig and microwave worked excellent for all our needs. Staff was superb getting our rooms closely together.

Location, breakfast and staff were all very nice. There was a tree blocking the sign which initially made it difficult to spot the hotel until approached from a different direction.

My room, upon arrival, appeared more like what I would have expected at a much “lower class” hotel…lamp shades were crooked, window curtain was in array, bed looked like it had been laid on after it was made. Doors to rooms close loudly, so getting to sleep or sleeping in is difficult.
Love the location. Easy access to I-29, I-229, other main streets, shopping, restaurants, etc. Comfortable rooms.
