Well, this is a basic hotel - the room is sizable. It was a bit disconcerting when we drove up as it's in an odd location - and the sign is small. It was close to downtown - a very short drive - and close to wineries if that's why you are visiting, or Sensorio. It was a little pricey when we stayed here for what you get. No breakfast.

Location was good. The room was nice, big and spacious. Comfortable bed and they even had extra pillows. We were doing late check in but the staff called up and guided for check in without any staff on site.

The front desk employee was very unfriendly and sometimes even rude. we traveled from afar, there were many hours on the road. your employee called to ask about what time we will arrive, I answered that the arrival time is about 8pm, but I can’t say for sure. at 8pm he called again and irritably began to interrogate me what time we would arrive exactly. when I said that it was impossible to predict exactly on the way, and he rather rudely answered me that he actually had to go home at 10pm. Dear hotel administration, write in your rules when booking that your customers must definitely adjust their schedule to the schedule of your employees, otherwise it was a surprise for me ... In addition, the bedding in the room was of very poor quality, made of synthetics. Therefore, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

At 8:30 a.m. the day of my intended arrival I was called by the hotel asking me if I was going to pay cash or with a credit card. I've never had a hotel call me and ask me how I was going to pay before. Ever. And I have booked hotels through this site many times. Never had a problem before.

well, situated for a trip to visit the University of Oregon. The marketplace attached to the hotel had a great choice of restaurants for all our dining needs and their shuttle service is amazing. our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

All of the rooms on the lower floor have very little natural light because of a large roof overhang. Ours behind the elevator shaft was really dark. For the price, you'd think you'd have a luminous room in a nicer ambience. Instead, it had a rather drab appearance and architecture. Perhaps some landscaping would have made a difference.

It was convenient and parking was easy. The front desk representative called to welcome us (when we were e route to Paso) and to let us know that front desk closes at 10 pm. This is the hotel if you are looking for basic amenities, great mattress & pillows. Clean room, great shower and Kuerig (we brought our own pods). Just beware that there is no breakfast here.

A little way out of town - maybe a mile, which is a lot in a small place. A couple of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but you really had to go into town to get a decent meal.

A nice, clean, comfortable hotel. No frills, but altogether correct.

We stayed in a room on the second floor, facing to a dumpster. at least it was quiet. The shower room was relatively big, but the shower itself was very weird. the water kept leaking from the shower when using it, which made the floor wet all the time and it was very inconvenient since the toilet was always surrounded by water that leaked (this is something to do with a gap between the shower floor and the shower curtain and can be easily resolved, I'm not sure why no one did anything to solve that). The room was pretty small and was lacking teas and decaf coffee. It could have been nice to have basic breakfast in the office, just coffee would have worked as well.

Generally a decent place to stay. It's very clean and modern. The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful. The location is central and pretty close to downtown and all the other sightseeing. The room had a coffee machine, a microwave and a small fridge
