The shower had only lukewarm water which was a disappointment. There is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up one flight of somewhat shallow stairs. The location wasn't too bad as we were looking to be close to UCLA. The entry at the side of the hotel was incredibly narrow and had the parking lot not been virtually empty we never would have been able to turn in such a way that we could get back out the driveway.

The hotel was walkable to a restaurant called Hoboken's which had great food and incredible service. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

The parking lot entry is a little snug! Rooms could use a refresh to make it really nice.

Location is good, rooms are clean if a little dated. Wi-Fi is good. The open but covered patio in the center of the hotel is really very pleasant, even if it's raining out.

Toilet barely flushed/worked. Made for some nervous moments. Wifi was cryptic and required a separate trip to front desk. Only a single coffee cup in room for 2 people. No place to sit other than bed and the lighting in general was horrid and dim.

Location was good…near UCLA and Sawtelle. Room was comfortable but funky.

I went to have ac and the ac wasn’t working properly. I had to turn it on then turn it off a half hour later for half an hour then on again. Impossible to sleep that way.

No fridge, but was told we can request one when booking the room, couple of lights were not working nor was the vent in the bathroom,. In the end, no major issue affected how much we enjoyed our stay

The smell inside the room was too overwhelming, I don't know what they spray, and it was a dark one, in a corner under an overhang. For the price I paid, it wasn't a little underwhelming. The person at the desk was wondful and friendly, so that was definitely a plus!

Currently rooms are being renovated and updated so some noise during day. Fit and finish in room was below average for price. Shelf in bathroom not secured to wall correctly (falling off). The rods in the armoire fell off several times as they didn’t have the screws in to secure them in place. Tub shower curtain missing liner so water escaped into floor. Drain in shower was super slow.

Location was close to UCLA which was a plus for us. AC worked great and was very quiet. Beds comfy and nice pillows.

I was charged for parking which was small and hard to get into. It seems like i didn't find out about parking until the check in. This may be written some place in fine print but t felt sort of sneaky.

Practically a dump. Very poor setting. Very dirty. No space between the cars in the parking lot. After you park, you can't open the door to get out.

Parking was a little tight but considering the dense, in-city, location it was acceptable. The bed, while very comfortable, squeaked a bit.

The quietest room I've had in years. Room and facilities were clean and well kept. The air conditioning worked flawlessly and, again was quiet. Staff was very friendly.
