You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaFinding the unit was tricky. It was late at night when I arrived and it was raining. The directions to it were misleading somewhat and confusing.
This place was very cozy and had a good home feeling. Kitchen was very nice and stocked well. Everything was very clean and the furniture was comfortable and clean. The tv had every streaming service available and that’s a huge plus! Each room had a tv as well.

United States of AmericaThe unit could have been a little cleaner. The windows overlooking the mountains was dirty. There was hair in both bathroom floors. Something happened that made us loose power to both bathroom plugins and the hall lights. Couldn't find problem in the fuse box.

United States of AmericaDid not know that the property did not have A/C. The second bedroom had broken windows that could not be opened. Had someone in our party with allergies. We were able to work with the ceiling fans and the windows to create a airflow that kept the apartment comfortable. Other than that, the apartment was roomy and beautiful.
The views were awesome. The layout afforded us room for everyone to spread out and relax. Very tranquil setting.

United States of America1) The unit is different than what is in the picture. 2) was not cleaned properly... empty alcohol bottle under couch that my kids found, sharp animal nail that my daughter stepped on and pierced her foot, toilet paper and soap missing in one bathroom with no extras in the unit, toilet that was clogged upon arrival (had to plunge it myself), and lack of response from vacasa who said they would call me back but never did. Shower handle that kept falling off and tons of dishes and spoons that were in the dishwasher and not put away by the cleaning staff.

United States of AmericaCould not get into the room because their electronic lock was dead. Once we finally got in there was no air conditioner this was not a cabin this was a condo. I rented this less than 24 hours before we were there told them I wanted a refund and that I would not be staying in this place because it was not clean or comfortable they would not refund my money because they said they could not rent it out again Don't waste your time here. Or with booking.com.
