Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing - everything was good.
The room was spacious. The hallway was wide, something we liked but didn't expect in a recently built hotel of this size. This was a convenient location for visiting a friend in Henderson.

The horrible smell...like a dead animal. No iron or ironing board in the room. The Little tiny one they gave me was broken.

The front desk staff were not at all professional (eating burgers at the desk, drinking sodas, and not wearing appropriate clothing) and they were also unprofessional in how they answered questions or talked with customers!
The rooms are large and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and it was very convenient to the on site restaurant that had great food.

There was some noise from other guests in the middle of the night, but the personnel didn't tell them off. The rooms looking at the highway were very noisy. The coffee machine in the room was okay.
For one night it was very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are very nice. There is a fridge and microwave which is very handy.

I wouldn't necessarily say dislike yet more of a wish... A wish there was a designated dog park or a grassy area for the fur babies.
This place is 20 minutes from the Strip. It's pet friendly (note there's an extra per day charge for your fur baby). If you're hungry yet don't want to leave, there's a restaurant right there (and the food is good)!

the Skyline is located in a close to deserted area with auto salvage and pay day loan businesses adjacent to the hotel property.
The price was good and there are no resort fees. This is an old property and the staff works hard to keep the rooms clean and somewhat updated

This hotel is older, but very clean and comfortable. We wanted a place outside of town so this fit the bill. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are huge, hallways are wide, and the service is great. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast. Again, great service and good food. My only issue was that we could smell cigarette smoke around the hotel which I hate, but it wasn't bad. I'm just super sensitive to that smell but expected it, especially attached to a casino. We would definitely stay here again.

Horrible receptionist. So unfriendly. Looked like she hated her job and everyone that came into the hotel
Room was very nice - spacious, comfortable and clean. The restaurant had good food. It's about 30 minutes from downtown LV, so you need your own transport, but that's to be expected with a budget hotel.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom. Fortunately you couldn’t smell it in the bedroom.
The receptionist was helpful. The first room overlooked the main highway and was noisy. We were able to switch to a room across the hall which faced the parking lot and was much quieter. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. The bed was a little soft but comfy

The staff is friendly but lacks experience: the check-in and check-out processes could have been faster and more accurate
Excellent value for money. Huge room with two very comfortable queen-size beds. Spacious and clean bathroom. The room has a unique and unconventional style that adds character without being bothersome. Free parking. Excellent amenities (restaurant, casino, vending machines)
