Patio was convenient, but not spectacular

Clean, comfortable (beds and pillows were great), renovated (old building that had clearly been renovated and maintained), very dog friendly, and remote checkin that was painless and very friendly and helpful staff that were easy to reach. I will stay here next time I am in the area.

Maybe a better, warmer bedspread, but it was fine, and the bathroom was very small, but cozy other than that.

The back yard that accommodates dogs. The host was very friendly and prompt with details for entry. She was more than happy to offer if I needed anything, she would do her best to accommodate. It was quiet and nice and clean. I will recommend this place to travelers for sure!!

Nobody on staff, I was charged up front just to book the room and I thought the pet charge came out of the original cost because I selected 'pet friendly,' in the filter on Booking app, but now the hotel wants to charge me an extra 30$ for my pet. This should have been included in the original booking cost and since there's nobody on the property nor do they answer their phone or texts when I was checking in I had no way to pay the pet fee while I was there.

The location is great next to the river.

A little pricey for a motel with minimal amenities

Beds were comfortable, room was quite, patio was a nice addition and the view was stunning. Getting into and out of the room was a breeze and the location was easily accessible.

Bathroom a little small (but fine) and no outlet in the bathroom that I could find for the hair dryer (?) but not a huge deal, there was one right outside the door.

Nicer than I was expecting. It was clean, quiet at night & the bed was comfortable. Loved the spaciousness of our room, the little kcup coffee maker was convenient and the outdoor patio area our room included was really great to sit in the sun. We'll definitely stay there again if back in the area.

We had some issues with water in our original room. Erica was amazing with responding and setting us up with a shower in another room. Great customer service and even discounted our stay. Beautiful location, clean rooms and comfortable all around. Close to many attractions. Fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place if traveling in the Buena Vista area of Colorado.

Very easy access, parked right in front of my door. Inside was simple, clean, and perfect for a nights stay. Walking distance from a local coffee and cafe, gas station close by. When a snow storm hit, I was able to make quick contact with manager and confirm the access of the room again if I was to be stranded- added a sense of relief!

We enjoyed how we received our room code beforehand via text and we could let ourselves in! And even though we don't have a dog, we appreciate places that are dog-friendly! I also like how the owner of his hotel stood up for themselves against the OBVIOUS complaining-review someone else had left on Google. This hotel is GREAT. The location, the local bars/restaurants, the hot springs nearby, and if its warmer season they have so many fun activities to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The water pressure in the shower was very low — lower than most water-saving showerheads I've used elsewhere. I came in after a cold hike and froze while showering because there wasn't enough water to warm up. Still, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat because everything else was great.

This was a great room: large, comfy, and clean. Low-frills, but had everything I wanted. The patio was nice. I appreciated the ease of the contactless check-in.

Love the location and staff! They are contactless but they responded immediately when I called. Check in and out was effortless. Close to shopping, restaurants and hiking/sightseeing.
