You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom was kind of small but it served its purpose so it was totally fine and it was extremely clean.
The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was exactly what me and my friend needed after a long day of shopping.

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was warm and whirlpool worked well! Breakfast was good. Lady who checked us in at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

I wonder if the price per night was increased due to the eclipse happening. Otherwise everything else was great!!
Room was well laid out and comfortable! Breakfast had a wonderful array of options. Pool and hot tub were top notch! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel went all out for the eclipse! Hope to stay again some day!!

The breakfast menu could be better, and some fresh fruit options. The room was clean, but the shower was not clean, and the shower door was repaired already once or more, but it did not close easily.
Room was very comfortable and organized. Room was quiet, not much noise.

There was nothing I could say against. I will defo go again.
The staff are very kind and welcoming. The hotel is very clean. And it is very close to a lot of restaurants and plaza. The price is totally worth it. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. It also has a hot tub which my family have been enjoying. The breakfast is really good. They have a good variety, sausage, scramble eggs, waffles. They have a 24hrs coffee and tea service.

I didn't like the physical location of my room. I was positioned directly across the hall from the elevator, and it definitely wasn't the best choice. I didn't seem to have wall neighbors, which was nice, but every person entering or leaving the elevator I could hear. Children were playing hide and seek in the alcove of my door most nights, and one night in particular people were having an arguement outside my door at 3:30 in the morning, waking me up. I had to call the front desk to complain and I don't think anyone actually came upstairs to help diffuse the situation. Other than that, it was usually relatively quiet at night once most people went to bed.
The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The bed was very clean, I had no issues or concerns with the linens throughout the room, it was also very comfortable and I had no issues with sleeping at night. The bathroom was really small, but worked for my needs as a solo traveler. Also, the shower head wasn't the best, but also did the job and was suffice enough. The layout of the bathroom was a little odd, with the shower and toilet being in a small room and the sink being in the room itself, but again, I was alone and this didn't bother me in the slightest. Maybe if I was traveling with someone else I would be more concerned. The amenities were perfectly fine, no issues with the TV, microwave or fridge. They offered breakfast in the morning but I did not have it while I stayed there.

Can't think of anything.
Room was clean, bed was comfy, facilities in the room were great (fridge, microwave, coffee maker). Breakfast was good for my husband. But I need gluten and lactose free which they don't have. I was able to pick up GF bagels at Trader Joe's around the corner and then make a egg/ham bagel sandwich using their toaster, eggs and ham. Coffee and juice were good too.

The hotel is an older building so the rooms are on the smaller side. The washroom was small as well. The rooms were on the cold side and there wasn’t more hot water in the shower.
The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the water was warm. The free breakfast was decent and there was a large variety of food options. The location was convenient; it was close to the highway and shopping.

The hot water in the shower didn’t last long.
It was small but perfect because we were only looking for a place to sleep. The rest of our trip was busy outside the hotel with family and friends.

The only complaint was that the beds were not terribly comfortable and I had difficulty sleeping but that's also due to the fact that I have arthritis and can only sleep with pillowtop and extra pillows.
The convenience of the hotel was fantastic with easy access to I 290 and everything is in close proximity! The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the pool was wonderfully warm! Breakfast was good as well! We checked in late on Saturday evening and the manager gave us a room on the first floor right by the door to make it easier for me to walk due to severe arthritis! And considering there was a BILLS home game and the hotel was at capacity, it was wonderful that they were able to do that for me!
