Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Toilet seat in our room Broken All morning there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to inform about the toilet seat or there for checkout.
Very good condition for it’s age Shows some wear on carpet but overall it’s acceptable.

Location is great - right off Hwy 30 and close to my daughter's apartment. I've stayed here multiple times. Clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast!

The bathroom was too dark. Also there was construction going on right to our room. It was loud and weren’t able to open shades.

The hot tub was out of order when we were there. Parking is a little difficult with only a small lot.
Excellent breakfast, easy to find location. We were quickly greeted when we got there and found our room to be comfortable and relatively quiet. We were surprised to find it at such a good price for the time of our visit - we were there the weekend of a football game and All State so campus was very busy.

No gluten free bread/bakery type items. Note on door said “Gluten free items available upon request”, but when inquiring, the attendant pointed out fruit and oatmeal. For those that could have gluten, there was a crockpot full of gravy but no biscuits. No non stick spray for the waffle iron.
Very clean. Smelled good. Desk attendants were friendly.

there was only one small bar above the toilet to hang towels, etc. No hooks or anything. and the shower stall is so tall that I couldn’t hang towels on it. It doesn’t make any sense and was frustrating.

Very small towels, hair dryer did not work, toilet seat cover was loose-scews stripped, and the shower leaked a puddle on the bathroom floor. No extra blankets available for the pull out couch. Not terrible just little nit picky things.
Close to the basketball venue. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Would have appreciated another wall outlet as the only ones were in the lamps and they didn't fit one of my plug ins. The TV remote didn't consistently work. Sometimes we had to press extremely hard to get the numbers to work. Not all of the numbers appeared to work as well. (Not the hotel's fault at all, but there were lots of noisy kids around 12AM running up and down the hall.
The room was just as described! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The shower was large and much more appealing that the typical/standard tub/shower curtain combo. Everything appeared clean! The microwave & fridge were clean as well.

The counter in bathroom was crowded with the supply of towels, tissue container and a tray...less room for my toiletries.
Breakfast was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and check in was fast when we were exhausted from our drive.

Hair dryer didn't work. I turned it on, made weird noises, shut it off & smoke came out of the dryer. The hotel guest above us were loud- heavy feet noises. More loud guests outside our window.
Had many choices for breakfast. Bathroom was roomy.

The hot breakfast was not available when I went down at 8:30 --when it was advertised to be available until 9:00. I had stayed here previously and appreciated their hot items (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). Given the staff shortages everywhere, I couldn't see anyone around (or even at the front desk) to ask.
Great value. Clean and all the neccessitites provided. They allowed my noon checkout for business purposes. They had a decent variety of continental breakfast items.
