They did not give us the type of room I reserved. I wanted a queen bed and sofa bed for our daughter and they only had a room with 2 doubles. Breakfast was very sparse. Could have used some sort of potato and bacon. The room smelled dirty and musty when we went in at first and it was extremely muggy. It got better once the AC cooled it down. The halls were very warm and stinky- cigarette smoke and weed.

We liked the firmness of the beds and the bedding was comfortable. The best thing at breakfast was the muffins

The second floor where we stayed reeked of weed and urine. Not sure why we smelled ammonia so strong, but found out the next morning when we were leaving at 8:15am that our neighbors were supposedly going outside to smoke but not staying outside long enough to air the smell out of their clothes.

My son had asked the front desk for a new wash cloth and she responded “sorry i cant give you one” when we stayed for 4 nights.

I am an disabled man in town visiting my elderly parents. I had a family emergency and had to leave in the middle of the night. I had originally plan to stay 2 nights. I had to drive an hour away and was returning close to check out. I asked for a late check out so I could do morning prayers, take my medication , clean myself up after an emotional night and long drive and gather my things. They refused to allow me an even courtesy 30 minutes. I explained I would be arriving a little bit before 11AM (check out time) and was disabled. They refused and even said if I returned after 11AM my key would not work. Losing my medication (which I was now late on taking) could have been a death sentence. They were callous, offered no empathy and down right mean. Thank God the cleaning staff understood and allowed me the necessary time to complete some of my tasks.

It was priced correctly. I got what I expected.

Not very clean. Hall carpet wrinkled and dirty. Exterior looks new, but parts of interior (doors and door frames) need paint. Hall carpet apparently was not vacuumed during our 4 night stay

I booked a king room, lady at the front gave us a queen. when I went back up front to inform she informed that’s what I booked. When I showed her my confirmation she argued with me then miraculously it came through my reservation was for a king and she moved us. Our bed in the new room had. aspiring that kept popping out but other than that everything was ok.

The night manager was quite rude. I was explaining to her that the website had a different price online and she handled it in a very rude way. I never raised my tone but she was acting as if I was doing something wrong. I did not feel welcome by her at all.

This hotel was not hard to find at all. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. It was also really easy to find our room!

It is a turn-off when staff at hotels are not pleasant. Businesslike doesn't cut it for hotels. You have to be cordial as guests are leaving the comfort of their homes and the first impression of their "home away from home" is very significant. The lady at the check-in was a tad too businesslike. I didn't really feel welcomed. I wasn't asked what floor I preferred or told what rooms were available. I am sure I didn't get the last available room so there must have been options. I also still need to understand what a "double" room is. I thought it meant two rooms. I was totally mistaken. I now suppose it means the room is twice as big as a single. Would have loved to see a single room. Secondly, the walls of the rooms are very thin. I could clearly hear the telephone conversation of the adjoining guest. I also didn't like the location of the washbasin. It was outside the washroom and served as a kitchen sink and face basin, which I thought was very unhygienic.

Booking was hassle-free. The room was ready upon arrival. The location is excellent. Very central yet away from the bustle. Ample parking. Breakfast had a variety. There were enough towels and toiletries. Housekeeping did a great job. The room was clean and fresh.
