You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe in-room coffee service only had 1 pouch of caffeinated coffee, and the facial tissue box was nearly empty. Very minor things, really.
Checkin was quick and easy. Our request for a ground floor room was filled. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable and attractive. Breakfast choices were 8 of 10 and more than adequate.

I liked the friendly staff. I had a problem with bites I don't think they were bed bugs they were probably mosquito. And at about 2 am I asked if they had something for the itching and they didn't have but the worker was so nice. But the bed was the best it was a dream!

United States of AmericaA breakfast buffet would have been nicer than a sack breakfast.
The location is convenient. Even though it is near the highway, the room was quiet and comfortable. A number of oil field workers seem to stay here. Some mud and dirt was tracked (from their work boots) into the hallway outside our room, but I think that is unavoidable in West Texas. Otherwise, the facility was clean. The hotel was set up for a full breakfast buffet, but they gave out breakfast in paper bags, and this seemed odd since 100% of the other hotels that we have stayed in this summer had gone back (from Covid protocols) to full breakfast buffets. We were able to choose items for our bagged breakfast, and breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave in addition to cartons of milk, cereal, yogurt, etc. were among the choices. The sack delivery, however, limited hot choice varieties. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

United States of AmericaThis is the second time we have stayed here in 6 weeks and we have booked a king room and have gotten a double Queen both times. We were told all kings were booked up, but how can that be when we booked enough in advance? So either the hotel is wrong or Booking.com is wrong but I have never had this problem.

Slow front desk actions for this and regular check—in /check out. After checking in we were told dogs were not allowed on property, no mention of this on Booking.com. Had to pay $40 additional, front desk said it was the booking company’s fault for not mentioning this rule. If we had not already checked-in, we would have stayed elsewhere.
