The free breakfast was ok but needs to maybe offer more options protein such as egg bacon and a sausage. Also need s to maybe have tea bags and hot chocolate for those who don’t drink coffee and a second juice of apple or grape with the orange juice

I didn't like that there were numerous times when people were just in the parking lot. Either working on vehicles or just homeless people doing weird things. Also, the rooms were decent for the price, but the floors were stained and the water pressure was terrible in the shower. Also, my pillow cases were no longer white and had a weird dark tint. They should replace them.

The price here was great and the overall stay was fine. No issues really. They have a pool and hot tub.

It was 30 degrees and under outside and the heater in my room didn’t work. The guy at the front desk told me, it’s like that because it’s not all that good of a heater and due to it being so cold outside that it’s not gonna work that well. He said he would take a look at it while I was gone but I’m not sure if he did or not. I turned it off before I left and when I came back it was still off so not sure if they even came but it still didn’t work.

The room was nice and clean and they come everyday to clean even if you’re not checking out that day.

The desk Clerk; Male need Customer Svc Training Immediately. He knocks loudly on Customer room doors at check out?. He grunts, instead of using whole words?. He looks "mad", unapproachable all the time, sit at front desk feet proped up sometimes?. His wall personality is a business hindrance He would work best in the back office, or cleaning the grounds, anything that does not involve direct Customer contact.

The hotel is located just 10-15 minutes from the airport and a 3-minute from a Tesla supercharging station. I needed to rest for 5 hours after a long journey. I had 9 hours until my flight. The choice was based on location and cost-effectiveness. The room appeared clean, with fresh towels. However, there was a strong smell of an old carpet that needs cleaning or replacement. The air conditioner works properly, and the staff is friendly. They promptly fulfilled my request for a wake-up call via a phone call to the room. Breakfast is included in the room rate, but it is quite modest. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for the price. I recommend it if you need to rest before a flight, take a shower, and avoid lingering at the airport.
