There was houses boarded up directly across the street from the hotel which was a real eye sore. Although, they offered free breakfast the choices were thin. Mainly waffles, breads, cereals, yogurt etc. No meats, eggs were included. Coffee creamer offered was only half n half. No real variety. Pillows need to be upgraded in the rooms. The fridge in the room barely kept our drinks cool.

The breakfast was decent. The hotel was situated only several minutes from the Navy Boot Camp where our son graduated from. Also, the hotel was conveniently located next to a Speedway and a restaurant. Beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately, the shower in the room had a noticeable crack, which, while not affecting its functionality, was a bit concerning from an aesthetic perspective. Additionally, the sink had drainage issues, making it less convenient to use

The room was satisfactory. The bed provided unparalleled comfort, and the inclusion of a fridge added a convenient touch to the overall experience. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, providing ample room to move around, and the available storage made it easy to keep my clothes organized. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The waffles, in particular, were a delightful treat, adding a delicious start to each day. Overall, the combination of a comfortable room, thoughtful amenities, and a tasty breakfast made my stay truly enjoyable.

Breakfast was so-so. No effort put into it, just go to McDonalds across the parking lot.

We could hear traffic from street, toilet was wobbly and refridgerator was very loud

Hard bed/pillows. Seemed like small bed to be Queen. Toilet didn’t work upon arrival. Receptionist jiggled something in tank and water started flowing-told us that’s all we’d need to do if it happens again?? It did, spouse made a manual adjust on tank vs jiggling and no more issues. Guests should not have to fix your plumbing issues.

The breakfast could have been better with a little more variety of foods. It was difficult to see the graduation in the front of the hotel because the TV was so small.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the traveling to the naval base.

It doesn’t have a pool, which would be nice if travelling with children. The main road is very busy and the hotel is just past a curve. Very dangerous intersection.

Nice Staff. Comfortable Bed. Near Chicago O'hare international Airport, Gurnee Mills Mall, Six Flag Park, Foss Park with the lake shore, restaurants and other good places to go. Also is 5 mins from RTC NAVY Bootcamp, for those who have graduating Sailors.

The elevator was broke. The room was nice, could have used a better cleaning. There was hair and soap scum in the shower from previous guests. Had to clean myself. The comforters looked like they were dirty too. Had to go and get our own towels when we did need more and no trash or cleaning service. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the room was smaller that what you see in the pictures.

Elevator didn't work and you can only use stairs. No microwaves to warm up food. Workers equipment is always in the way.

The breakfast was the same for the four days of my stay. They have to improve it.
