I called for extra towels and they were never received. Not even told that I had to come down to get them myself. Just left hanging. I wasn’t pleased with this at all.

Breakfast offers oatmeal, waffles, bagels, yogurt, apples and oranges. No toast and no meat. Mediocre at best. Can’t go wrong.

The room was a little run down. The walls were dirty. The comforters had holes on them and some of the towels had holes and looked old. The toilet seat was broken and the water kept running. There was a strong smell of food in the hallways, it seemed like someone was cooking in one the rooms.

The night staff didn't have any keys to the linen closet to give clean towels and wash cloths. But he said at 7am that I would get clean towels and wash cloths. That didn't happen. So at 9am I went to the front desk to ask the desk clerk about towels and was cloths. Raven got me what I needed and also gave me a bag to put the dirty towels and wash cloths in. Then before I left to go out my 3rd day. I asked could I have my room cleaned. Well I got back no linen changed, trash can was running over in the bathroom. No extra trash can in the room. No ice bucket in the room. I know it was my last day but I never had this problem when I stay Holiday Inn. Other than this issue. I won't be staying at that sleep Inn again. The staff even signed off that the room was cleaned and it wasn't .

The bathroom in room 219 had a mildew smell and had handwriting on the wall above door (No smoking- with a check mark and the phrase, Rap music - with a check mark). The bathroom's light fixture was not properly in place and one could see in the ceiling where the fixture was out of place. The windows to see outside were in need of a cleaning. The hairdryer was filthy. The hallway carpet on the 2nd floor was badly stained. Afternoon/evening staff person (Sam) was always out in the front outdoor area smoking and gave the hotel a very unprofessional look. This survey should have been sent earlier in the day. I would have taken photos.

The location was great with many retailers and restaurants nearby. I liked how the hotel was super close to the hotel. The air conditioning worked will.

Everything!!! The only thing makes this hotel nice is the staff!!! This hotel is charging wayyyy too much a night

The room is not a $130 a night room more like an $80 room only because the pillow and covers were plush!!! The first room we were in the toilet leaked and the sink was stopped up yes they did switch us room but the hotel itself was trash we will never stay there again!!

Our room was not well kept. When we got to our room we found some trash lying around, the bathroom light didn’t work half the time and although we were in a non-smoking room there was a strong scent of tobacco and marijuana coming from our room and throughout the hallway.

The hotel cold definitely use some updates, the carpet is very worn out and dirty in the hallways and rooms,Hallway also smells bad, bathroom door in the room was slightly off the hinge had to lift it in order to close all the way, The room had some obvious damage that was pieced together, dirty walls and lastly the cleaning staff was not friendly they just looked at you.

No grits, banana or meat products in the breakfast area.. Our room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. I was required to take my dirty towels to the serviced desk to get cleaned replacement each day. The carpet in the our room and the hall areas was very dirty and was not appealing. The commode in the bath area was very low and uncomfortable. We had requested a room with handicap accessibly. The bed was not very comfortable and lack supportable pillars. The room didn't have a fresh and clean smell. We used air refresh spray each day after we left the room.

The breakfast was ok with limited choices. The eating area was clean and the staff maintain the food choices availability. The staff was available to assist with questions and customer needs.

The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty needing to be cleaned, the top decorative bed spread had burn holes in it needing to be replaced, the box spring was exposed, the bed sank in the middle causing back pain and a restlessness night sleep, the walls, and floor in the restroom were dirty. After having the A/C on overnight the next morning the room smelled of mildew. The free breakfast offered waffles with no meat, cereal, bagels, cupcakes, coffee, oranges and apples. It needs some immediate care.

We liked the proximity to the mall, restaurants and the quick access to the interstate.
