Bathroom door did not open or close well. It was generally hard to find staff as they weren't typically at the front desk. We were only given one towel to share when we listed they there would be two guests in the room. No breakfast was provided. There was a juice machine but the machine was not hooked up. There has a coffee machine set out, but my spouse has to put it together and make the coffee.

The front staff were friendly and helpful. It has a great inexpensive price. The have an indoor pool.

There was no continental breakfast, our first room had exposed electric wire, smelled like dog/smoke in a smoke free room, safety lock was broke on the door, floor was sticky, tv didn't work and damage walls all over. Second room shower had damage.

Lights didn't work,not one working ice machine,hole on floor, no working microwave, doesnt let u know about the deposit being more, and guy was rude. Not worth the money. Location is ok.

Old furniture, disfunctional lighting, no breakfast, dogs allowed, etc. One dog barked a lot in a room next to mine.

Doors off hinges and small pokey bathrooms. Didn’t have the double room we’d booked and tried charging us double room rates for a single room. Staff a bit intrusive - requested personal info in the corridor rather than asking us to come to the front desk.

There was no breakfast despite being advertised. There was no hot tub despite being shown in the photos. My key card didn't work on the gym or pool door. My remote was missing batteries. My towel was half the size of a normal towel. My door handle only worked if you twisted up instead of down.

This place is a joke. It's ran by people who are clearly high on drugs. All the staff resides in site as well. They are extremely inconsistent. People were constantly going in and out the side door which right next to my room. It was crazy!

Pool still under maintenance, was 2 years ago when I was there, guess the maintenance guy is really slow. Noise, place is In worse shape than it was 3 years ago. Signs are gone, thought it closed.

there is a group of people that are just waiting to steal anything they can, drug deals going on in the parking lot at all hours of the night, people arguing all night , dogs barking , smells of weed everywhere, bathroom light didn’t work, over all bad place,

The one thing that i didnt like is when upon checking in they had charged me a $100 damage deposit fee. Which was only a problem because when i booked my stay with them i read through the details on the site and it said they would only charge a $50 damage deposit fee. So they charged me double what is post on the website. They need to male sure that their guests are aware of the correct damage deposit fee or start charging what is said on the booking site.

I did not like the fact that there where so many homeless and drug users hanging out in the lobby and outside the front of the hotel along with the hostess (the one working when i arrived) was hanging out smoking with them. I didt find out until later a lot of then hang out in the lower level same floor as laundry. I didnt like when walking.in the whole lobby and the floor i stayed reeked of cigarette smoke. When receiving the first room. Half of the outlets where not working and also the lights. The wi-fi was not working as i was told by the first hostess by arrival and the tv was not working, also one of the outlets was broken in half which is a major safety concern. I had some towels missing in the first room also. The comforter had huge holes and some type of wax of some sort stuck to it. I told the night shift hostess and he was very accommodating and very friendly. he left a note for the day shift for me to be switched to a diff room and also came and replaced the tv that was not working that the day shift did not want to deal with. When switched to a diff room the next day, i was told they would have the room reserved and had to turn the original key in; in the morning. I did so but because my day ran so long for work when i got back it was late. When i got there the day shift told me they did not have a room for me and no one told her of this. She seen i was VERY upset and took the time to find me a room in which she did. She also was very kind, accommodating, and apologetic. When i went to the second room it was almost the same problem with the outlets not working. Other then that the second room was better. For some reason my key didnt work for the spa and pool. I wanted to check it out but i didnt find it that important to let them known my key wasnt working. The bed was very comfortable and was able to rest well, hot shower and get some laundry done so that was nice. Besides the first hostess the service was very well

I like the service for the most part. On arrival the first hostess at the desk was horrible, but after, the service was pretty decent. They where very nice to me and even with the problems in the room they where willing to switch me to a diff room.
