Room was dirty and had insects. They don't clean the rooms daily. The hotel itself is undergoing some renovations so there is dirt and dust all over the place. Some of the room numbers are taped to the doors. Some of the guests are very loud especially at around 3 am. There was a wild animal inside the air conditioner/heater.

The pillows were tiny, the hot breakfast was not good,the water pressure sucked, none of the ice machines worked, the walls were superrrr thin there wasn't really any good channels on TV, we didn't even watch it. Also the pool was closed which we were not made aware of, and the elevator stopped working when I went to get ice in the middle of the night, it's cool if you have a set of earplugs, and just need a place to crash, but kind of pricey considering everything else

Really gross. Extremely outdated and dirty hotel. Peeled paint, pee stained mattresses, comforters had stuffing falling out, doors slammed, carpet looked like it was from the 1980s. For the fact I paid $120 for the night, disgusting and they should be ashamed they let it get like this. Absolutely DISGUSTING

The staff was unfriendly and rude rooms across people fought all night very loud no one did anything about it called down noone came and checked kids and adults ran hallways til about 2 in the morning people hanging out on parking lot very uncomfortable getting out after dark

The bathroom was not very clean, the sheets on the roll away bed had blood on them, the carpet wasn’t clean, ran out of towels and the condition of the pool was filthy and the hot tub being under construction made it unsafe and very cold as cold air was coming from the area.

Oh goodness where do I begin…. We were assigned a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor…when we got off the elevator the hallway was heavy with the smelt of cigarette smoke. The room was very dingy and outdated, it needs updating bad. The carpet needs to be ripped up or badly shampooed, I refused to walk barefoot on it. The bed cover and pillows were not clean. They had some questionable red stain. The comforter on the second bed I wouldn’t even let my dog lay on. It had rips that were big enough I could put my hand in and the batting inside was exposed. The tv did not work due to their internet/Wi-Fi signal so weak and spotty it wouldn’t pick it up….there is a cable hooked up to the tv and it wouldn’t work either. Neither would my chrome book. We did ask for maintenance to work on getting our tv to work. They wrote down our request and said maintenance will be up to work on it and maintenance never showed up once over the entire weekend! The shower is bigger than the toilet area itself…. And the toilet didn’t work properly it would stay running most of the day and night. On their website they had pics of a hot tub…. The hot tub apparently is getting ripped up so there is no hot tub at all. The vending machine was not working the entire stay. The pics on the website are very misleading…. Def not what they are advertising. I would never stay here again, I do not care how desperate I am I’d sleep in my vehicle first.

The only good thing it had for it was the location and the few staff members we came across, and high were friendly.

The smell was horrible. If we planned to be at the hotel any longer, we would have left and stayed somewhere else. It was one night, so we dealt with it. The hot tub was also out of order and a huge mess.

Well the toilet in the room above us leaked into our bathroom all over the towels, toilet, and floor. They switched our room but even that room had dirty bed covers on it. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed as we found food on the floor. This hotel needs a serious update/refresh. I’m still in

There was blood on the wall in the bathroom, I have pictures, something that looked like poop on the hair dryer and curtains, in my daughter's room the tv didn't work, we counted seeing 5 roaches, again we have pictures.. and the housekeeping attendant was very rude to us a few times.

Advertise hot tup ,but it was under construction,the outside patio with debris all over our room wasn't cleaned the first day we got cleaning supplies from housekeeper the second and cleaned ourselves, but she was so nice and helpful . Things were broken in room chair never got replaced. Blood on cover for mattress. The other cover was toren in all places.

The breakfast was good and staff wonderful. The lady at the desk in the evening was very pleasant and helpful.

The facilities REALLY need some updating. The rooms were very small, and nearly all smelled like smoke. The pictures online do not accurately reflect what the hotel was like in person. The indoor pool was almost *scary* by the amount of construction taking place for the hot tub? The gym was only a single treadmill that didn't work, and a single elliptical - none of the other equipment pictured was actually there. The elevator was a little sketchy, our shower door didn't shut, the carpet was pulling up, towels weren't restocked...

The staff was AMAZING, Id even go as far to say that this was the BEST hotel staff I've ever encountered while traveling. Additionally, breakfast, and the woman who keeps it running in the morning- was phenomenal! Aside from those things, the hotel was incredibly easy to find and within 10 minutes of basically everything we needed!

There were cockroaches in our 1st room. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. It was stained. Bathroom doors were a pocket doors and you couldn’t close them. Switched to another room. Just as bad. Linens on bed were disgusting. We didn’t even stay. Been trying since July 1st to get ahold of the manager for a refund and he’s never there, and won’t return my calls!
