You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of America1 roll of toilet paper. My sister became very ill so we had to extend our stay. Housekeeping didn't get the message apparently and kept entering the room and leaving but didn't take dirty towels or leave clean towels. Our key cards didn't work and I had to go to desk 3 times to have it recoded. The desk clerk ended up coming to my room with me and using a fob. It didn't work either for a minute but it finally did. No hot breakfast during our stay.
Great amenities! Our room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

United States of AmericaThey did not require masks. I have health issues and did not appreciate that. Also, paper thin walls this visit. We could hear people clomping around upstairs and in hall at all hours. The air-conditioning kept kicking on in the middle of night, blowing cool air by bed. It was winter! The door to the room didn't fit on the hinges very well. There was a big gap in door's lower half. The hallways were noisy. We did not have any of these issues during a previous stay.
Bed was very comfy. Rate was reasonable and room appeared to be clean. We have stayed here previously and most of those times it was great.

United States of AmericaOur stay worked out exceptionally well for us. We had a two week stay while we were waiting to close on a new home. We had a King Suite with a mini kitchen which made you feel like home. The property also has two sets of washer/dryers an added plus. The property is pet friendly with a designated pet area with dog poop bags and disposal. Great area to walk your dog on the sidewalk or trail. We would gladly stay at the Sleep Inn during any future trips.
