internet kind of slow, and the laundry room didnt have softener or soap, so we had to go to a superstore to buy our own, also they didnt have quartes to operate the machines.

This property is noisy and dated. Pets are allowed everywhere and my allergies went crazy as soon as we got to our room. An alarm went off several times during the night so we didn’t get much sleep.

The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good but the dining room is tiny. The hours for breakfast were listed as 6am to 10am on weekends but they were not ready to serve food until 630.

Duvet cover and sheet both have mysterious brownish and gray stains. The shower door handle is gone. The room door requires force to close. The vending machine's B button is broken.

The staff team is friendly. It comes with okay breakfast.

It is an understatement to state that a major overhaul is needed. I tried 3 rooms: the first had a broken door and I couldn't enter, the second one had a strong smell and I settled on the third one despite a noisy Ac. Everything is old and in poor shape, there are scratches and stains everywhere, doors close poorly. Cleaning was approximate when I arrived and no further cleaning was done in the room during my two night stay.

Not as bad as the ratings would suggest. Friendly and professional staff, ok breakfast and even a small indoor pool, that I did not try. Beds are quite comfortable. Overall, quite reasonably priced.

I guess we weren't altogether aware of their pet policies, but they were accommodating and also have new deposits that they waved for us, since it was not mentioned on the booking.com presentation online.

It was good and helped make our visit to a medical center for a scheduled appointment less hectic.

Door gets caught on the carpet (had to push it closed to set the locks). Door to shower wouldn't stay closed (lots of water on the floor). Room had a weird smell.

The staff never cleaned the room. The wi-fi throttles in the evening, even when the hotel is not very full, the AC worked when it wanted to. On technical issues with the wi-fi, the staff were less then helpful.

The outside pane of our window was completely broken. Not just cracked. Condensation was on the window seal causing mold. The swimming pool had a green house over it which was not warm. It caused a lot of steam which burned your eyes from the chlorine. they did not provide towels luckily we brought beach towels. The comforters on both beds had dirty marks like they were not cleaned. I booked the room for 4 people and there was only 2 towels in the room. I went to the front desk and ask for more. They questioned me how many towels I had in my room. I said 2 and there was four people. She said that she could only give me one more because they had a towel shortage. I repeated that there was four people in the room she said I can only have one more towel. Walls are paper thin and we got to listen to the neighbor talking on his phone all evening.

there were no lights on the building so it was very hard to see at night. I passed by it before I could see it. the room was very old and run down. the heater didn’t work so it was a cold night and the shower head was awful.
